II - On our own

~~ Start ~~

Suzune woke up and saw what seemed like a hospital room. Her head hurts. Her eyes hurt. Everything hurts, but when she realizes that it is still a class day today, she immediately sat up from bed when 3 sleeping people all shouted at the same time that it almost felt like her ears were about to shatter.

Kei: SUZU CHAN

Ibuki: ABOUT DAMN TIME YOU WAKE UP SUZUNE

Sudo: HORIKITA, YOU'RE AWAKE

Suzune just covered her ears till the three stopped shouting like she had just encountered a near death experience.

Kei: Oh... were we too loud suzu chan?

Suzune: No. Definitely not loud. It definitely did not shatter my ear drums. Nope.

Ibuki: How are you? What happened last night? Why'd you just faint like that?

At the mention of last night, Suzune immediately froze. All of her memories last night came coming, and it's as if she had been hit by a truck again. She tried her best not to cry, but the tears were far ahead and flowed once again through her porcelain skin. She hugged Kei in order to hide her face, to which the girl responded in a comforting hug.
Kei signaled for Sudo to go out and start his day, to which he nodded and went out.

Kei and Ibuki stayed silent and comforted their friend till her sobs turned to quiet sniffles.

Looking at each other, both are unsure if  it was the right time to ask about what happened last time. They both sighed and gently talked to her.

Kei: Hey Suzu... Wanna talk about what happened?

Suzune just shaked her head, a signal that she did not want to talk about it yet. In order to avoid another burst of tears, they did not pry further and just comforted her till she was okay.
A few minutes and Suzune asked the time.

It was already 6 am. They need to arrive at 7 am. So Suzune got up to go back to her dorms to indeed start their day, but the two stopped her and told her that they had informed Chabashira that she would not be attending today.

Suzune: I'm okay now, plus we need to fix and talk about a lot of things in class. I assume everyone knows what happened already, but we still need to discuss it further in class.

The two just agreed because they knew that once she made her decision, she would not change it.

And so they all went to their respective dorms and got ready for class. By 6: 50 a.m., Suzune was already done and was heading out to go to her classroom. When she got there, their homeroom teacher was already on the podium. Suzune greeted the teacher and went to her seat. Looking at the seat beside her, she saw it was empty, and she definitely knew why. She simply gulped the incoming burst of emotions once again.

Chae: Okay, class. There's nothing significant today, and you have this time to yourselves. However, since this is the first day of your last year here. I advise you to plan your next moves, especially since there have been some... unexpected occurrences...

With that, Chabashira picked up her things and went out of the room. The class was quiet. Perhaps... Too quiet.
No one dared to talk nor make even the smallest of noises, but that was ruined by the sound of a chair screeching. It was Suzune. Her footsteps can be heard as she walked to the podium and stood there... staring at the whole class. She sighed and spoke.

Suzune: I presume all of you already knew what happened.

None spoke. Silence was the answer.

Suzune: Well then-

Ike: What will happen to us now...?

Shinohara: What can we do without ayanokoji!?

Miyake: Are you sure Kiyotaka will just do things like that? I don't think he will...

Haruka: Kiyopon would never betray us...

Hirata: Everyone! I know this is very alarming, but let us all please calm down!

As everything just sinked in through every person in the classroom, they all started to panic until a loud laugh added through the sea of voices.

Koenji: Aha! I knew Ayanokouji-boy would do it eventually.

Koenji mentioned those ords carelessly as if to add fuel to the distress of everyone. The class just got more chaotic, but everyone silenced when they heard their leader in front of them.

Suzune: Everyone quiet down! Yes, as you know, Ayanokouji Kiyotaka has switched to class D, and there is no reason as to why he moved-

Shinohara: Didn't he tell you!? Weren't you his girlfriend!? What is this game you all are playing!?

Suzune: Shinohara. I said it already. He did not leave any reason for his switching of class, and I advise everyone not to mention my relationship with him as he is now dating Ichinose. It would only cause nothing but chaos if it were to be mentioned.

Ike: Damn that bastard! We are cooked for sure! We're done for!

The class once again started to panic but was again. Silenced by Suzune.

Suzune: Ayanokouji this. Ayanokouji that. Can't you all live without him? Are you all that useless that when your pillar breaks down. You all break down?

Hirata: I mean... Horikita-san... they are not wrong, though... all through our school year. Ayanokouji-kun has been managing our class and leading us to where we are...

Suzune: So you will just allow this class to fall?

Hirata: Huh-? What, of course not!

Suzune: Then what are you all stressing about?

Hirata: Well, we lost our-

Suzune: Then build another one.

Hirata: P-pardon?

Suzune: Then let's build another one. If our pillar crumbled, then let's all work together to create another one. A stronger one. A bigger one.
Sure, I understand all of your dismay. Even I, who Ayanokouji shaped to be a better person, is at loss too, but what happened is already done. We can not change things back. We need to adapt.

Kei: That's right, everyone! We should work hard!

Kushida: Yes! I agree with Suzune-Chan! We need to keep going!

Suzune: Starting from now on, there will be 2 main special exams and 2 written exams. Who knows, maybe there is also a surprise exam but all we need is to prepare for everything. We need to move forward. Starting from now on.
We class B are on our own.

BTW!  I forgot to put in the warnings that Ayanokoji here will not be holding back. He will do what he wants no matter the cause.
