As Suzune said those words, the class broke into happy clusters. With a lot of "yes," "we can do this," "hori-chan is so amazing."
Suzune once again silenced the class and told them that they should rest for this month since it would be another hell month after this month. Though she also brought up the study groups as it is a very helpful method for the upcoming written exams.
The bell rang minutes later. Signaling the end of their class for today, they all fixed their things and went out of the class with only Suzune, Kei, and Koenji being left.
Suzune: Kei, you can go first. Me and Koenji-kun just need to talk about something.
Kei: Are you sure?
Suzune: Yes. Now go ahead, please. I will catch up soon.
Kei left, and so only Suzune and Koenji were left inside the classroom.
Koenji: Oho! Does the Ice Queen need something from a perfect human being like me?
Suzune: I'll go straight to the point Koenji-kun. Would you like to be my right hand?
Koenji: Hoh? Right hand? You're quite brave, Ice Queen! Do you think a perfect human being like me would just be your 'right hand'
Suzune: Would you like for this class to spiral down then?
Koenji: I think you mistook my intentions, Ice Queen. I was simply helping the class back then because of me and Ayanokoji-boy's deal. I could care less about the rest. I could simply change classes like what he did!
Suzune: I think you also mistook my intentions, Rokusuke Koenji. I wasn't requesting you to do it. I was demanding .
Koenji: Ohoho! Feisty now, are we? Though I might say... I love feisty women! I like how you ask me so... why don't we make a deal! What do you say?
Suzune: A deal, huh... well then. What are the components of this so-called deal of yours, Koenji-kun?
Koenji: Simple. Come on a date with me.
Suzune: Well- Huh- Wait. What!?
Koenji: You heard me, Ice Queen. I will participate and give it my all for the rest of the year, but you have to go on a date with me.
Suzune: I am talking seriously here, Koenji-Kun.
Koenji: And so am I, Ice Queen.
Silence enveloped them as Suzune stared at Koenji in front of her, dumbfounded.
"What in the world- Was he serious!?" Suzune thought as she just kept on staring, seeing if he was simply joking or making fun of her. To her demise, Koenji looked serious and very much was waiting for her answer.
There was no other way to convince Koenji. She knew that.
Suzune: For how long then?
Koenji let out a wide smirk before answering that left suzune baffled.
Koenji: Whole year.
Suzune: A week.
Koenji: Half a year then, feisty!
Suzune: A week.
Koenji: 3 months.
Suzune: A week.
Koenji: Now Now Ms. Feisty! Don't forget that, You are the one asking for a favor here. However, since I'm such a nice person. I'll give you a last call. A month.
Suzune: *sighs* Fine then. A month but don't expect any feelings involved.
Koenji: How about sex?
Suzune's eyes went wide and stared at Koenji like he was a disgusting pervert.
Suzune: Rokusuke Koenji! Take your perverted brain somewhere else!
Koenji: Ohoho! Our one month contract has not even started, and you're already acting like my girlfriend, Ms. Feisty! While, of course, I was merely joking about that!
Suzune: I swear, Koenji!
Koenji: We will not do that thing, but I have to call each other by our first names. It's only right since we will be dating, no?
Suzune: This is the last straw, Koenji.
Koenji: Well then! You have me and my abilities for the rest of the year, My Feisty Suzune!
Suzune: Koenji!!!
Koenji just laughed and went out of the classroom, leaving a very annoyed Suzune inside.
"The guts of that man! Honestly... where do he get it? *sighs*" Suzune once again thinks but just sighs because she knows it will be for the better. Plus, maybe he could help with forgetting what happened.
Suzune also went out of the classroom and texted Kei that she was on her way.
She went to a new cafe that had just opened in the mall, there Kei was waiting with Ibuki and Kushida.
The moment the three girls saw her, they immediately stood and went to hug and drag her to their table.
The cafe has a very aesthetic and cozy design to it. The 4 girls who were seated on a circle couch started to get their orders. Caramel macchiato for Suzune, Strawberry Frappe for Kei, Chocolate Hazelnut for Ibuki, and a Cafe Latte for Kushida.
Kushida: Suzuuuuu! What happened last night!? Why didn't you tell me about that Ayanokoji bastard!
Kei: Are you okay with telling us now, Suzu-chan??
Kushida: Oh- I'm sorry, Suzuu. It's just that I can't believe that bastard did you dirty.
Ibuki: Are you okay now, Suzune?
Suzune: Ah... well, it doesn't hurt as much as this morning....
Kushida: Are you sure? I don't believe you...
Suzune: Fine! Yes, it still does hurt, but not as much. I can manage to talk about it without crying.
Kei: So you can tell us what happened last night?
Ibuki: Sorry to pressure you, Suzune, but I'm dying to know!
Suzune sighed, she can't ever escape them when it came to this. She told them what happened last night, and the three all wore the same faces. Shocked, but that face soon turned to a scowl, an angry one.
Kushida: That Bastard!!! I knew it!
Ibuki: I'm gonna fucking kill that shit!
Kei: Suzu! I told you he was gonna do it eventually! That's what he did to me, but yours is much worse!!! We are so gonna kill that womanizer!
Suzune: Guys...
The three simultaneously screamed the word 'WHAT'
Suzune: We all know you guys can't even do any damage to him...
All of them turned silent because they all knew not to mess with that monster, especially when they saw and experienced it first hand.
