Dal-ha was nowhere to be seen.
It seemed at first, Dal-ha was playing in the garden outside with a friend of hers, and because she had sensitive hearing, she couldn't hear her family call out for her. What seemed like hours of searching for the young girl. Everyone was convinced she was gone.
Ahn Sunho thrashed around in anger as he began pointing fingers at Han-eun and Han Sol. Demanding the whereabouts of the young girl.Han-eun was not at home when Dal-ha had disappeared. Han Sol was at home but not with Dal-ha because Dal-ha had her morning classes before her friend came over.
It was an odd day for the young girl to disappear. In the middle of the week.
Han-eun had felt repressed and totally out of it when they searched for sister.
They had no idea on where to start and the police had insisted on them waiting for 24 hours before filing a missing persons report. That night, the air was bitter and heavy.
Dal-ha didn't seem like the type of girl to run away from home.
Han-eun, seemed like the type but there she was. Sitting on the floor of the room trying to figure out when her sister might have gone. Who might have taken her and why?
Her heart felt so heavy that she could barely even breath. The worry she felt at that moment took a heavy toll on her mental state. She grew more and more insane no matter how many pills she consumed to calm her frenzied emotions. She sat. Stood. Paced around her bedroom. Slept (hardly) and cried. None of that seemed to help. She felt worthless. As if she should be out there in the streets looking for her sister instead of being upset and discouraged by the whole situation. Though, with her lose ability to be rational there was only so much she could do.
Things seemed extra tense in the room where Ahn Sunho lay with his wife Han Sol.
Sunho looked at his wife with devilish eyes that made the abused woman quiver in fear.
He had those cold eyes that she never fell in love with.
His eyes were never cold. They once had warmth and love and Han Sol loved looking into his eyes.
He always made her feel happy and joyous and to be honest, Han Sol wanted to spend the rest of her life with the man she loved the most. Now, she watched him and hoped that the same man she fell for to come back. She watched the veins on his neck as he grew more and more furious.
"What happened to my child?" He asked through gritted teeth.
"I'm just like you, Sunho, I don't know." The woman replied.
Suhno slapped Han Sol right across the face and the smaller woman staggered backwards before collapsing on the bed.
Ahn Sunho drew his belt and began inflicting pain on his wife. The woman he once loved."You were supposed to look after her, that's your job!"
"She had a class. Why can't we ask her teacher? I don't where she went." This time Han Sol was crying.
"The same teacher you fucked? You're a pathetic whore, Sol, you always chased around men. That's all you did, fuck men! You were unable to take care of your children!"
"And you could? What have you done for these kids except beat them?"
With rage, Suhno, strangled Han Sol until her face grew red. She thrashed around trying to free herself from his grip.
He eventually let go.
"You never raise your voice when you talk to me, understand. You're a wife, an uneducated wife. You must never tell me how to treat my children." He clicked his tongue and walked out."Suhno! Where are you going?" Han Sol cried.
"That's not for you to know." He spat.***
Police offers and investigators filled the house. Asking for the family members statements. Looking for any clues in the house until they found Dal-ha's hidden computer. The idea that the young girl talked to strangers surprised the family so much so that they feared that maybe she was kidnapped by a grown man she spoke to on the internet.
