The following morning, Alyssa woke up with thoughts of the boy she had met the day before occupying her mind. She found him quite attractive and admitted to herself that he was cute. Alyssa took two apples, cut them, and then headed to the stables to fetch her horse. She placed the saddle on Carmel and mounted the horse, setting off for a ride. Alyssa arrived at her favorite spot and dismounted, bringing out the apples to feed her horse. "Good boy," Alyssa said, as she affectionately petted Carmel. Alyssa then climbed back onto Carmel and enjoyed eating her slices of apple.
Travis's prespective
I arrived at Alyssa's house, hoping to see her. However, instead of finding Alyssa, I noticed a horse outside the. stables. It had to be Carmel, Alyssa's horse. I felt disappointed that I wouldn't get to see Alyssa at that moment, but I had work to do. I kept myself busy until I heard the sound of a horse approaching. It was Alyssa, accompanied by Carmel. When Alyssa saw me, she rolled her eyes. "Hello, Travis," she greeted. I responded with, "Hello, Miss Alyssa. Hello to you too, Carmel." Curious about her presence, Alyssa asked me why I was there. I replied that I was working for her mom over the summer. Alyssa rolled her eyes again, and I couldn't help but ask why. She claimed there was no reason, but her face turned red. I couldn't help but smirk at her embarrassment. Alyssa then put Carmel back in the stables and went inside. I shook my head, realizing that she probably didn't notice her flushed face. Despite the situation, I continued working for the rest of the day.
