Addison's POV
"What do you think of this blanket for Clarissa?" Virginia asks me while showing me the lamb wool blanket in the catalog.
"It looks soft. She'll love it. But you don't have to get her anything."
"I know that but I want to." Virginia says before I look back in the catalog and noticed a butterfly necklace.
"That's perfect for my little butterfly." Virginia goes into her phone and types something out before turning back to face me.
"I just ordered it. It will be here before Clarissa's birthday." Virginia says and I give her a smile.
"Thank you. I'll pay you for it."
"Addison, I get a discount for this because I already spent so much money there. Besides, I adore Clarissa and seeing her smile. Do you know that fourth year resident Sydney Heron is taking over for Bailey when she's on maternity leave?" Virginia tells me.
"No. How is she?"
"A very condescending person that uses positivity to get her way. I'm warning you now because I want Clarissa to be as prepared as she can." Virginia tells me.
"Thanks."
"Dr. Crowe, I have Tim Epstein's CT scans back." Alex says while walking over to us and hands her.
"What do you think?" Virginia asks Alex before allowing me to look at the scans.
"It's not great." Alex says when Amelia walks over to us and drags me away.
"Everything okay Amy?"
"Clarissa made a foundation in my father's name and gave it to me. She also gave me a promise ring. All I got her was a dog! I'm so pathetic." Amelia tells me.
"First of all where's Clarissa? Secondly Clarissa doesn't care about extravagant gifts. She only cares that you got something you know she'll love."
"She's having lunch with Meredith. Clarissa remembers what I told her about my dad wanting to help people." Amelia tells me and I hug her.
"You know she has a eidetic memory Amelia. But even if she didn't, she would have remembered it because it's you telling her. She told Derek off the other day because she heard him yelling at you. She yelled at your family at Thanksgiving dinner because they were cruel to you. She didn't tell us that Izzie was blackmailing her because she felt like she was protecting us."
"I still want to kill that bitch." Amelia tells me and I give her a smile.
"Get in line because Meredith and I have dibs." Amelia laughs in response.

Meredith's POV
"Come on Clarissa, we're under the mistletoe! It's bad luck if you don't kiss me." Derek tells my daughter who was digging her nails into her palm, clearly showing her fear.
"No thank you Derek and if you do not stop, I will tell Virginia and my moms." Clarissa says before I walk over to them and wrap my arm around Clarissa's shoulder.
"Everything alright sweetheart?" Clarissa looks into my eyes and I can see the tears in her eyes.
"No Mommy. Derek is trying to kiss me using the mistletoe." Clarissa tells me and I give Derek a glare.
"I'm reporting you to Virginia and telling Amelia. She'll kill you." I tell Derek before leading Clarissa away.
"How did this morning go?"
"Amelia liked it which is a relief. Can you make me an appointment with Sarah?" Clarissa says and I knew this was serious if she wanted to make an appointment with her psychiatrist.
"Of course I can. What's going on?"
"When Izzie blackmailed me and physically hurt me, she also sexually assaulted me again. It is getting harder to sleep." Clarissa tells me and I hug her.
"She did what?" Amelia asks as we look back to see her and Addison standing there.
"Sorry for not telling you. I thought I could get through this." Clarissa tells Amelia who gives her a kind smile.
"You have nothing to be sorry for angel. That bitch does." Amelia tells Clarissa who smiles.
"Derek tried to force her into kissing him using mistletoe." Amelia had a look of rage on her face but Clarissa grabs her hand.
"Let's go home Amelia. We can have hot chocolate and watch Christmas movies." Clarissa suggested to Amelia with a smile that vanished Amelia's anger immediately.
"Of course angel." Amelia says before the two of them leave and I give my girlfriend a smile.
"Amelia is so wrapped around our daughter's finger."
"She is." Addison agrees.

Amelia's POV
"Pretty." Clarissa says as she lies underneath the tree with Doc on one side of her while the teacup puppy I got her was on her chest. Lying down beside Clarissa, I look at the tree and couldn't help but agree with her.
"So do you really like Charlie?" I asked Clarissa, referring to the teacup puppy.
"I love him because you got him just for me. I think God and your dad brought us together because they know we need each other." Clarissa tells me before looking over at me.
"I believe the exact same thing angel."
"You are Charlie and Doc's other mommy that is why they also have Shepherd as their last name." Clarissa says.
"Grey-Montgomery-Shepherd?"
"No just Grey-Shepherd. Mama says her last name and yours reminds her of when she was married to Derek." Clarissa tells me.
"If we get married one day, you don't have to take my name."
"And the same goes for you Amelia. If we get married one day I always pictured a spring wedding or a winter wedding." Clarissa tells me.
"Why winter?"
"The snow makes everything more magical Amelia and we need all the magic we can get." Clarissa points out with a smile.
"I completely agree my precious angel." I would have our wedding in a snow storm if that's what Clarissa wanted as long as I married her.
