At General Hospital—Ned, Olivia, and Brooklyn were talking to Lucas and Portia. "AJ is in a coma," Lucas said. "Well, he wake up?" Ned asked. "It does look good for him to pull through," Brooklyn replied. "What about Skye?" Brooklyn asked. "Skye needs surgery. She got glass in her eyes. She could be blind," Portia said as a paramedic came in with Calista, who was holding her two babies, while paramedics attended to her son, who wasn't breathing. "We need a doctor now," the paramedics said as Carly, Michael, and Lila Rae arrived. "What happened?" Ned asked. "Calista went into labor, and Carly helped deliver the babies," Lila Rae explained. "Wow," Ned said. Portia took Calista and the babies to be looked at. "Looks like everyone had an unexpected night," Olivia said. "Yes, Ned, I'm sorry about Tracy. How are Skye and my father?" Michael asked. "AJ is in a coma. Skye needs surgery; she has glass in her eyes," Ned answered. "No, I need to see my dad," AJ said. "I need to see my mother," Lila Rae added as they left. "Ned, was this AJ? Was he drinking?" Carly asked. "No, the police say it was Skye who was driving, and no alcohol was involved," Ned replied. "That's good. I'm sorry about Tracy; it hurts losing your mother," Carly said. "Yes, it does," Ned agreed.
At AJ's room—AJ was in bed in a coma when Michael came by. "Dad, you have to wake up. I've been enjoying this time together, getting to know you again. I love you," Michael said. Elizabeth entered. "Michael, I need to check his IV," Elizabeth stated. "Do you think my Dad will make it this time?" Michael asked. "Yes, I believe AJ is a fighter," Elizabeth assured him. "Yes, he is," Michael said before leaving the room as Carly arrived. "How is AJ?" Carly asked. "I don't know; Elizabeth is checking on him. I can't lose him," Michael responded. "You wouldn't; AJ came back once, and he can come back again," Carly said.
Skye's room-Skye was in bed when Lila Rae entered. "Mother," Skye said. "Lila Rae, is that you? I can't see anything," Skye added. "Yes, it is. You are going to have surgery soon," Lila Rae responded. "I know. Where is your sister?" Skye asked. "Calista gave birth today on the docks." "What!" Skye exclaimed. "Yes, it was scary, but Carly helped deliver the triplets." "Wow! How are they?" Skye asked. "One of the boys wasn't breathing; the doctor was with him," Lila Rae replied. "I'm glad Carly helped. I guess we owe her," Skye said. A nurse came in. "It's time for surgery," she announced. "Mother, what happened in the car?" Skye asked. "I was upset. I shouldn't have been driving. It's my fault AJ is in a coma," she said. "Why were you upset?" Skye questioned. "Tracy, somehow, is my mother," her mother responded.
