Revelation Part 2, Chapter 17
At the Quartermaine mansion, Monica's room—AJ went into Monica's room and picked up her sweater that was on the bed and smelled it. "I'm going to miss you, Mom. I'll do my best to honor your memory," AJ said, crying a little as Skye entered. "AJ, are you alright?" "No, I miss my mom. I wish she was still here. I hate that she went, and it took forever to recover. I know she was visiting me when I was in the hospital, but I don't know if she was there all the time," AJ said. "I think after getting revenge and knowing you were coming home, it made Monica at peace, and she was ready to go be with Alan. Monica was getting older, and the cancer was taking a toll on her," Skye said. "Yes, she was glad that Sonny was gone. I wasn't crazy about the fact that she took it out on Michael," Skye added. "I understand why she did. Michael always took Sonny and Carly's side, just like Jason," she continued. "Yes, I didn't like it either," AJ agreed. "Let's go downstairs," Skye suggested.
At Sam's penthouse, Sam was downstairs making notes when Dante entered.
"Sam, what is going on?" he asked. "I'm going to plan Jason's funeral since the Quartermaine's don't want to," Sam replied. "I understand why you want to do that," Dante said. "Yes, it's good for Danny and Jake to say goodbye to their father," Sam added as Dante's cell phone rang.
"Yes. She is my wife. That's great news," Dante said as he hung up. "That was Lulu's hospital. She woke up!" Dante announced.
"That's wonderful news!" Sam exclaimed. "Thanks, I'm happy for Charlotte and Rococo too. I need to tell them," Dante said. "Yes, go ahead," Sam replied. "Sam, I'm not upset. I want Lulu to wake up," Sam said. "I know you do," Dante responded.
At Kevin and Laura's, Kevin and Laura had just returned home from Monica's funeral when Laura's cellphone rang.
"Laura Collins. Yes, I'm her mother. That's wonderful news," Laura said as she hung up. "Lulu woke up!" Laura exclaimed. "That's wonderful news!" she repeated. "Yes, I need to call Nikolas and Lucky," Laura said. Just then, there was a knock on the door, and Dante entered.
"Dante! Did you hear the news? Lulu is awake!" he said. "Yes, I was just coming to make sure you knew," Dante replied. "We should go to the hospital together to see her," he suggested. "Alright, have you told the kids?" Dante asked. "I'm going to," Laura answered. "This is just wonderful news," Kevin said. "Yes," Laura agreed.
