critically ranking bfdi episodes

bfdi 15 - barf bag obby or taco tycoon

bfdi 15 is known as the dual challenge episode and the only challenge that had recommended characters play a major part. 

oh yeah also one joke about them guessing whats under a blanket and blocky says a dead body but other than that, there is seriously no impact on the osc. 

so is bfdi 15 only good because of its challenge concept or is it pretty underrated and just overshadowed by its big challenge idea?

bfdi 15 starts out with pencil and bubble playing catch when ice cube joins. oh yeah i probably should've mentioned that when match got eliminated, ice cube joined the alliance as a substitute. 

ice cube tries to play with them, however pencil brutally roasts her causing the intro to play.

cake at stake immediately starts, like theres barely any anticipation or jokes, its just eraser, leafy, firey and ice cube cake at stake. 

also i feel like eraser was set up at this elimination, you have ice cube and firey which were atleast in bfdi and especially in this phase, fan favourites and leafy which i mean, why would you vote for leafy?

i mean for fucks sake david got more votes than ice cube, firey and leafy and eraser got nearly 100.

just seems a bit unfair, anyways moving on from the elimination of eraser.  

the next challenge also immediately starts, like theres one joke which is the carpet one i mentioned in the beginning and its off to picking. 

so yeah picking? yeah this episode is by my belief, the only episode where the characters pick their challenge. 

i personally really like this idea, it brings more spice since the current state of object shows is, if you dont have a different format or a really cool art style chances are people wont care. 

it might be more work thinking up of two challenges, but in the end, i can excuse it from being bland just because atleast theres two. 

tangent aside, the two challenges are barf bag obby - for each second you survive on a platform in a giant barf bag, you get  a point

and taco tycoon - you make a taco and all eliminated contestants either like it or dislike it coming to a total of ten points and for each point you get ten actual points, makes sense?

so you might have two questions, one what are those names and two hey isnt the taco one just bfdi 4

and you'd be right about the latter, for the former i made it the fuck up 

the barf bag challenge starts first and is the one that definitely takes up more time. in this challenge the alliance competes with rocky and blocky.

also pencil is weirdly antagonistic in this episode, i mean she bullys ice cube the whole way through and pops bubble like two times. 

this episode might be the reason pencil is so mean in bfb 1, and honestly i really like mean pencil.

yeah i just like mean characters in general because im the biggest hater but also because they are just more interesting, so yeah and seeing the way they did her in tpot 11. i can only watch in sadness.

the first challenge starts. its also revealed that the barf bag is just coloured water untill rocky barfs in it, because of his sickness, pencil throws a bowling ball at him, causing him to drown in barf to never be seen again.

just kidding hes okay. unfortunately

blocky sees this bowling ball so he throws it at the alliance who all dodge it. the ball rips a hole in the bag which causes a leak which spills onto pen which causes pencil to put a plug in the leak. 

blocky is annoyed by this so pencil lines it up and throws an incredible throw at blocky which causes him to fall off.

pencil makes ice cream for bubble however bubble doesnt like the ice cream which is actually ice cube who both fall because of it.

anyways pencil ends causing a leak which causes her to fall to her doom ending the first challenge.

anyways the point addition didnt change the scoreboard much especially since most of the competitors were already near the top. 

the next challenge starts with a taco contest, tennisball and spongy the two armless competitors manage to finish first both being pretty basic tacos. 

leafy like in bfdi 4 makes a big taco so she can lend some, unlike in bfdi 4 she gives half to pen for free.

firey is the last one with his taco always being burnt to a crisp, in the end he manages to give only a slightly burnt taco. 

anyways talking about these scores and these points and wow are they just ludicrous.

tennisball gets 5/10 meaning he gets 50 points, meaning he goes from 7th to 3rd.

spongy gets the most at 8/10 which causes him to go from 8th to second, not too mad at this one just because he nearly got a perfect score. 

pen and leafy arent too big upsets but firey gets 7/10 and literally goes from 10th to 3rd, crazy.

anyways this episode was pretty enjoyable, the concept was very good and overall the challenges weren't too bad, the cooking dishes part definitely suits the merge better and the barf bag challenge wasn't all too bad i mean theres been worse.  

the jokes while few, were pretty good so i give this episode an 8.5/10
