Forgotten dreams

I sway my body and spin around, as I continue to twirl with the ocean's dulcet sound.
I let my soul utter a wail as I breathe the ashes of our dreams, that died eternity ago and were buried with all their beautiful scenes.

I tell myself to hold on and remain alive a little longer,
I gather the shattered pieces of me and make my hope a little stronger.

I run away from the thoughts of you as I have to avoid the abuse.
But once again I lose this battle,
as I think of you and your swears.
The moment I am devilishly broken,
I close my eyes and jump into the ocean.

Ending all the hopes and dreams,
imagining all those beautiful scenes.
