Can Divit enters the conference room and it's no joke that the man is a walking sex machine. Clad in ripped jeans, black boots, a navy button-up over a white t-shirt that accentuates his amazing physique. His silver accessories adding a touch of masculinity without being ostentatious. He has this unique rugged woodsman style.

Mr. Aziz continues his speech "I humbly request your support and cooperation during this transition. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering dedication and loyalty. It has been a privilege to collaborate with such a talented team."

Following Mr. Aziz's speech, the room falls silence. He has steered this ship for many years, being the best owner/boss we've ever had. His empathetic, intelligent, creative, and open-minded leadership has been unparalleled. The prospect of Can Divit, an actor, taking over the reins makes me question Can's business capabilities. I don't think that crying on the spot is a skill needed to manage a large production company.

Looking around, I see Ceyda, Polen, and Deren crushing on Can Divit. They're so into him that they're not even thinking on how he might not be the right fit for the role. Can gives his father a hug and speaks to us "my father has been a pillar in guiding this company to where it stands today, and I am committed to upholding his legacy. Thank you." Everyone claps and smiles.

After Can's speech we all go back to our desks. I walk to the kitchen to meet up with Leila and gossip. "Can is even more attractive in person than he appears on TV. I have no trouble maintaining eye contact with that man," Leila whispers in my ear and then takes a sip of her coffee. Glancing around, I whisper back, "Talk later" She nods in agreement, understanding that it's better to have this chat later because the thought of anyone overhearing mortifies me.

The office was abuzz with excitement. The women were finding reasons to walk past Can's office to steal glances through glass door and the men questioned his ability to lead the business. I struggled to understand Mr. Aziz's decision to appoint Can as his successor because looking at my colleagues I feel like some of them could be a great interim. I decided to not focus on that and rather focus on my series. By the time I was starting episode 8, I was interrupted again because Can wants to meet the entire production team. Entering the conference room, I take a seat at the far end of the table. Can was already seated at the head, ready to address us. "You may already know a bit about me, and now it's my turn to get to know all of you. Let's go around and introduce ourselves," he announced, initiating the meeting.

"Im Polen and I am a producer, manager of course." I resist the urge to roll my eyes. "I can't wait to work with you. I know you will handle your leadership role with finesse." This woman has some nerve, flirting with Can in front of all of us. And then Deren joins in, introducing herself and flirting with Can. "I'm Deren, the production director. It will be a pleasure working with you." she says. I cringe, what happened to business etiquette? After Deren, two other production assistants introduce themselves: Ahmet and Tolga and now it's my turn, "I'm Sanem and I am a romantic series production manager." I kept my introduction brief.

During the meeting, I sensed Can's gaze on me, prompting me to sneak glances back at him. His persistent looks made it difficult for me to concentrate. With his striking features—sun-kissed skin and intense dark brown eyes—he resembles a mythical god. I averted my eyes to my notes, trying to regain focus. "Sanem, what are you working on?" His question catches me off guard. My cheeks flushed crimson as I stammered. "I am," I reply and his response was a subtle, knowing smile. Clearing my throat, "I am working on..." I launched into an explanation of my con artist romance series. He listened quietly as I detailed the main characters and their origins.

"I don't know if that storyline will work." Deren remarks to Can. "Our romance fans prefer more traditional plots." Deren tries to hide her smirk, like always she tries to find a way to minimize my ideas.
