Devils deal

Ben and Regina make it to the famous shop, that we just learned about last chapter and one thing enters Ben's mind upon seeing this place, "supernatural" This aura of magic and fantasy illuminated the objects and corners that made their way into view.
"Cool place" Ben's simple words brightened the owner's attention from the shop counter, specifically to Ben.
"I do try best to dazzle" was the simple owner's reply back. "Oh please this is just a dumb dump, who would want this junk now anyways" she emphasized the word now as a nervousness washed over the old man ide tidied as gold. He immediately looked back and forth between Regina and the young man, uncertain if it was okay for Regina to be saying such. Damming things. "Well mystery is always something to invest in, you never know when they will sprout fruit for you" Gold smirks while hitting back at retina provocation. His palpable tension makes Ben stammer on at that, he looks at both individuals and notices the palpable tension.
Gold finally addresses the elephant in the room and his smirk widens to the point where you can see a charming toothy grin coming from the man in question. "And this must be the famous Ben I've been hearing around town" This shocks Ben that he already knew of him before meeting
. " you've been causing quite the uproar"  Gold continues without a beat. This immediately draws the attention of Ben who at this point knows that Gold is aware of his current question"  
Ben takes this as an opportunity to go ahead with his questioning to which Regina stops him in his tracks,
"Hold it, nothing is free with him, what are your intentions Gold?!" she something with anger etched into her voice.
"Calm down Regina, Whatever information Ben requires I'd be happy to give it to him for free, consider it a sign of goodwill, and maybe down the line if I require his assistance with..."
Ben cut him off immediately growing impatient with their conversation. "Yeah yeah, I go let it you scratch my back and I scratch yours, just tell me what I need to know already,"  Ben said with confidence which shocked them both.
Mr gold internally though( eh eh, I like this kid)
Regina stammers out on the last time I'm telling you Ben don't trust him, there's always a catch with his games"
If I didn't know any better I'd think you worried about me Regina, I'm touched " Ben says coyly as Regina boils in anger and clenches her teeth. Frustration
"fine make a deal with the devil for all I care it's your funeral!"
Ben chuckles at this and continues with his pondering question,
"ill agree to your terms but this better be some good info or I don't care what deal you propose I ain't helping" Ben chuckles and states with Bolstering confidence. Gold merely nods in agreement indicating he also agrees to the terms. 
" okay first off why can't I leave town, and why can't other people leave as well, also I've heard from a Let's say reliable source that this town causes those in the vicinity to lose their memory, I'd also like to know the reasons behind those two questions and also I'd like to know the way to escape this place if possible" the bombardment of questions made Regina sweat drop at the level of questions delivered in succession. Mr.Gold took a moment to pause and ponder the questions asked and the best way to answer them without divulging too much, he still needs leverage in the future after all.
"I shall answer one of the two questions proposed to me, and I'd you a cure more information you call come to me privately later on with information that I'd like to hear from you"
Ben being quick on the uptake in times like these immediately knew the intentions of this man before him "So you'd like to make a trade right?" Ben grinded, his reasoning surprised Gold for a second bit then he nodded with a knowing gleam in his eyes "Yes"
"Alright, I'll pick. The first one I just said, why am I here and is there a way out of this town"
Gold smiles at the choice Ben made he nods in approval and takes one moment to deliver this information.
