You actually woke up to your alarm for once, and got ready for work, excited to see Monty. You still couldn't believe you were with him, especially after being cheated on by Freddy and then finding yourself in the arms of Monty. You remembered your awkward interactions and how much you disliked each other.

And now?

You couldn't wait to see him and kiss him. It felt so strange yet wonderful to think about.

You were with Monty. You smiled to yourself.

Nick messaged that he was outside, so you grabbed your things and quickly headed out the door.

On the car ride to work, you told Riley and Nick about how Monty had confessed to you. Nick was still boasting about how he was right, and you simply rolled your eyes, letting him enjoy his moment.

As always, the three of you split up to see your animatronics.

Upon entering Monty's room, you spotted him playing with the kitten. He looked up at you, smiled, set down the little toy, and pulled you into a kiss.

“Well, hello to you too,” you said after pulling away to breathe.

“Sorry, I just got excited to see you.” He kissed you again before releasing you.

You giggled. Maybe it was just the honeymoon stage, but something about being with Monty felt different than being with Freddy. It felt more natural.

The next few weeks went perfectly. Well, almost.

Roxy and Chica had more incidents, and sometimes Monty would get angry at very small things. But it was nothing too bad to cause alarm.

You and Monty both noted that Mallory hadn't been showing up. However, neither was her sister. So you chalked it up to them just not being dropped off at the Pizzaplex anymore, which was sad, but there was nothing the two of you could do about it.

Your cat seemed to like Monty more than you, constantly perching on his shoulders and even sleeping on them sometimes. She would always choose to sit on or cuddle with him over you, though he insisted she was still yours. She was growing, but you still couldn't find a name that fit her.

You and Monty were becoming less awkward about your intimate moments, kissing and cuddling more comfortably. You were still madly in love with him, feeling really happy every time you saw him. However, neither of you have actually said the words yet.

You noticed Freddy had a new caretaker, Luke's little sister, Moira. You faintly remembered her, but not with an eyepatch. Apparently, she was in an accident with fire and lost her eye, which left part of her face scarred. She seemed nice, and you hoped Freddy wouldn’t try to trick her the way he tricked you.

But you and Freddy don't talk anymore. And that didn't bother you.

Nick and Riley cut off Roxy from their relationship, though it was mutual on all ends. Nick explained that once the year ended, they'd be taking internships elsewhere for their college classes. You still had no idea what you wanted to do, but Sandra had talked to you about becoming a nightguard, so you considered just going down that path.

All in all, things have seemed to be going well for everyone.
