I didn't want to wake up.

In fact, I didn't even want to go to work knowing that I had to wear a shit load of clothing to cover up these marks.

When I got home last night, Benson wasn't home, and I figured he was seeing Charlotte from work.

As usual.

I was more upset that he didn't let me know he'd be gone all night then the fact he was too busy getting his dick all hard by some blondie.

I could have stayed with Matthew, but because I thought Ben was going to be home, I couldn't just stay.

Sighing I made my way over to the bathroom to freshen myself up.

Brushing my teeth, I stared down on the marks that rested against my chest and bare thighs. They were like tattoos of my own and I caught a glimpse at myself in the mirror.

Running my fingers along the red and purple marks. Tracing every mark and I smiled lightly.

Rolling my eyes, I switched off the sink faucet before brushing my hair out.

Slipping on my scrubs I headed downstairs to grab an apple, but I was met with Benson sitting at the dining table, sipping on coffee and reading a New York Times newspaper.

"Hello love, how did you sleep?" He asked, and my lips curled into a tight lip smile.

"Alright, although I didn't find you in bed when I got home. Why is that I suppose?" I don't know what I was trying but it seemed like it was working.

His shoulders tensed up, but he shrugged and just shot me a charming smile.

The one I use to fall for.

"I had work darling, sorry that I worried you" he whispered, and I just nodded my head as I grabbed a bottle of water.

"Besides, where did you go after we went out?" He asked me, and I walked over to him resting my hand on top of his shoulders.

He was shirtless but he didn't have the body Matthew had.

He wasn't as ripped like him.

"I was at a friend's, Isabella. Old high school friend we've kept in touch" I kept it short as I rubbed his shoulders.

"Your friend, you have lots of friends that I haven't met before. Do they even know your married?" He asked as he tipped his head up.

I smiled lightly as I sat on his lap. I don't know why I was being so Lovey Dovey with him but I just did it so he wouldn't think something was up with me.

"My female friends know just not my male because they're rather more...protective you could say" I chuckled.

I could only imagine the look on the boys faces if I told them I got married because of business.

"Well, I'd like to meet them sometime" he asked, and I just nodded as I twirled a bit of his neck hair.

"What do they do for a living?" He asked.

Hand on my thigh but it wasn't as affective as Matthews.

"The boys are hockey players, they play for Bruins, I'm sure. Bella is a lawyer, she's the only one that's still in New York"

It was true. Isabella was the only one here. Ariana lived in Boston with Sebastian. Emily was in London with her whole modelling career, same goes with Lily but with ballet.
