The group followed the mystical fox through a narrow path that led them to the base of the Echoing Peaks. The air was cool and crisp, and the sound of their footsteps echoed eerily off the cliffs surrounding them.
As they walked sideways along the cliff, Chloe slipped. With a gasp, she teetered on the edge. Edmund, quick as lightning, grabbed her arm and pulled her to safety. Chloe's heart pounded as she clung to him.
"Thank you," she whispered, looking up at him with wide eyes.
"Anytime," Edmund replied, giving her a reassuring smile.
The path narrowed as they approached a rickety bridge that swayed dangerously in the wind. One by one, they crossed, each step making the bridge creek and groan. Once safely across, they found themselves at the edge of a serene lake. The water was so still it reflected the surrounding peaks like a mirror.

"We need to row across," Sophie said, pointing to an old boat tied to a tree.
They climbed into the boat and began to row. The water was so clear they could see fish swimming below. The sound of their oars echoed across the lake, adding to the sense of otherworldliness.
Finally, they reached the opposite shore and continued their journey. As they walked, the peaks around them seemed to amplify every sound they made. Even a whisper echoed back multiple times.
"This place is incredible," Emma said, her voice bouncing off the cliffs.
They reached a massive stone door covered in intricate designs. Despite their efforts, the door wouldn’t budge.
"We're going to have to go back and find another way," Liam suggested.
"Wait," Sophie said, stopping them.
