Sophie pulled out the artifacts she had collected along the way and examined the door’s design closely. She began fitting the artifacts into the door’s intricate patterns.
With a soft click, the door swung open, revealing a dark chamber. They lit a candle and stepped inside, gasping at the sight before them. Piles of gold, jewels, and ancient artifacts sparkled in the candlelight.
"We found it," Edmund breathed, awestruck.
Their celebration was cut short as Helena, Victoria, and Max appeared behind them, capturing them at gunpoint.
"Thank you for leading us here," Victoria said smugly.

Thinking quickly, Emma and Liam began to speak.
"Are you sure you can trust Victoria?" Emma asked, eyeing Helena and Max. "Remember how she left Max behind when he was injured? Do you really think she’ll share the treasure?"
Max and Helena exchanged uneasy glances.
"She's right," Liam added. "Victoria will keep it all for herself. She doesn’t care about you."
Max and Helena’s faces hardened as they turned on Victoria.
"You’re not taking this treasure from us!" Max growled.
In the ensuing scuffle, Chloe and her friends managed to capture Victoria, Helena, and Max. They tied them up and called the village head to inform him about the treasure.
"This treasure belongs to the village," Chloe said. "Use it to develop amenities and build a school. The people here deserve better."
The village head nodded, his eyes shining with gratitude. "Thank you. This will change everything for us."
As the sun began to set, they sat by the riverside, reflecting on their adventure.
"I can’t believe it’s over," Emma said, looking out at the water.
"It’s just the beginning," Chloe replied. "We have our futures to think about now."

Chloe and Edmund talked about their plans for high school, excited to choose their subjects. Chloe planned to focus on history and languages, inspired by their journey. Edmund, fascinated by mythology and magic, decided to major in ancient studies.
Sophie, Emma, and Liam discussed their upcoming university plans. Sophie was set to major in archaeology, eager to uncover more mysteries. Emma had decided on computer science, wanting to use technology to solve ancient riddles. Liam, passionate about music and storytelling, planned to study performing arts.
As they talked, they felt a sense of contentment. Their adventure had not only brought them closer but had also set them on paths they were excited to follow.
The night sky filled with stars, and they knew that whatever came next, they would face it together, just as they had on this incredible journey.
