I found my group and there were two girls and three guys.
That's when all the memories hit.
It's Conrad, Scarelett, Amber and mark.
But who's the other guy?
I walked over and i said, "hi my name is sky".
Conrad said, "hi I'm the leader of this group".
But before he could finish, Scarelett had to cut in and say, "who are you"? "we don't need outsiders like you".
"Scarlett", Conrad said trying to sound mad, but i knew him as the softest guy you could ever meet. "She is new so show her some respect".
I nodded, they didn't recognize me.
What's your name? again, "sky".
Then Conrad said the weirdest thing, "is that a short name for Skylare".
"NO", i said quickly, "its just sky", "Interesting" Scarelett said, while giving me the eye, that i know is never good.
Coming from her, it's like a death threat.
"Come, sit down with us", Conrad said, trying to get me out of the awkward situation.
I sat in the middle of scarelett and Conrad.
She was always suspicious of anything.
"So, how did you get in"? she said, cocky.
"Doesn't it take um, what's the word", "skill to join a group like ours"?
Man, I thought, when she get so cocky about everything, never mind that, she was always mean and cocky.
"Well", it's not that hard getting in".
"If they let you in".
She sneered, "you little"- she huffed.
Point Skylare, zero Scarelett, "No", Conrad said trying to get me out of an argument, even though i knew i could win.
"So what are your skills"? "you're gonna bring in this group"?
"Well, i'm pretty good at combat", "and i dabble in some engineering ,"so, yeah".
"So, what I'm hearing is that , you're practically human", scarelett ,said.
Does she ever shut up, i thought.
"No, not exactly", i said smiling. But that smile, quickly turned into a sneer.
"What do you mean", she asked.
"I'm not sure"?
"Guys",amber chimed, "be nice she's new, and maybe freaked out, about this whole new atmosphere? she is gonna make".
"Well", mark said, I am gonna get food, cause, that's the only reason I wanted to come.
He was getting up, when Amber said, "wait, for me mark", they got close.
I thought they hated each other, when I was around, but then again, I was only 12.
I had no clue, what love really was.
And still today, I'm pretty clueless, in the area of love.
So,nothing really changed, much about me.
"So", Conrad said, trying not to make the group feel more awkward, which he is already doing by doing the awkward sigh.
"So", he said again, but this time to me.
