Meghan's POV
Dean and I were driving back to the hotel from Dairy Queen.
"You always get the same thing every time we go to Dairy Queen" Dean laughed at me. "Chicken strips with buffalo sauce, fries, Pepsi, and occasionally a side Sunday"
"Because it's fucking good" I said while stuffing my face with fries.
"Give me one. I'll see if its good enough to be 'fucking good'"
Dean held his one hand on the steering wheel, and one hand out waiting for me to give him food.
"No, you should've got it yourself!" I snapped.
"Just give me half of one"
"A bite"
He chuckled, "Fine"
I brought my chicken strip covered in buffalo sauce up to his face and he took a bite.
"It's alright"
"Shut the fuck up! You fucking loved it!"
"Okay! It was fucking good" he admitted.
The flashing lights of a police car on the side of the road, caught my attention.
I was surprised to find Bobby's pick up truck along with the police cars.
"Dean look! It's Bobby's truck!" I said.
We pulled to the side. But, before we could get out of the car, the police started driving away.
I ran to over to Bobby.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"Yeah, why the hell did the police pull you over?" Dean added.
"Jaiden" He mumbled. "She's gone"
"Where is she?"
"The police came to take Jaiden back to the detention center"
"What!?" Dean and I shouted.
"They said they had jurisdiction to take her into custody because she escaped out of the delinquent bus"
"Can they do that?" Dean asked.
"Sadly, I think they can" I answered.
There was a long moment of silence.
"Bobby, we're going to get her back" I said.
"And we're going to make Adam pay, for putting her in there" Bobby swore.
"And I know just the way to start!" Dean said.
***
"How is this going to help get Jaiden back and make Adam pay for it?" Olivia asked.
Dean brought us out on the side of the highway.
I honestly had no idea as to what Dean was planning. But, I knew that Dean knew who he was dealing with.
"It isn't" Dean said bluntly, "but it's going to help us take this sorry son of a bitch down"
Dean handed each and everyone one of us a gun.
"Now, you see those cans?" He asked.
We all nodded.
"Shoot them down" He ordered.
We all lined up and began firing our guns towards the cans.
For the first few tries, we were all off by a long shot.
"Wait!" Dean screamed, "You need to keep both of your eyes open! Closing one eye does not help your aim!"
Following his advise, we all fired again.
This time was better than the last. We actually hit our cans.
"You guys are getting better" Dean complimented us, "But, when it comes to fire the guns on actual people, you have to be ready. You can't hesitate because your opponent will take advantage of that"
I glanced over at Rianna. She looked a little panicked.
I walked over to her.
"You can do it Rianna" I assured her, "You want this Asshole to pay for what he did to you, remember that"
She nodded. "I can do it" she reassured herself.
