Avas POV

Shawn and I sat in his room together, while he played the chords of his guitar.

"Is that all you do? Play your guitar?" I laughed.

"No! I write songs too" He handed me a yellow note book full of lyrics.

"Damn, Shawn! These are amazing!" My eyes skimmed through the pages, "Are you sure you haven't been discovered?"

He chuckled, "I'm sure"

The door creaked opened. "Yeah, because if he was, he wouldn't be stuck in poor shit town like this" A boy with vibrant blue eyes, brown hair with golden highlights, and looked to be about eighteen or nineteen.

"This is Nash" Shawn explained.

"Oh, Hey" I greeted him.

"You must be Ava" He put his hand out for me to shake it.

"Yep" I shook his hand.

"Shawn was right, you really are a looker!"

I awkwardly blushed. Shawn talked about me?

Shawn's face was bright red, "Okay, thanks for dropping in Nash, but we're busy so if you don't mind..."

"Busy with what?" He said jokingly, "sex?"

Both me and Shawn's eyes almost popped out their sockets.

"Nash, I think you need to get out of my room right now!" Shawn said in some what of panicky voice.

"You better leave the door open!" Nash joked.

"Nash!"

"Okay! I'm leavening!"

I giggled a little bit. "Nash seems like a funny guy"

Shawn laughed, "Don't tell him that, you'll encourage him"

"We wouldn't want that now, would we?" I laughed.

For the next hour, Shawn and I talked and laughed until it was well into the evening.

"Oh my God! What time is it?" I asked glancing out into the dark night.

"8:30" Shawn said checking his phone.

"I should get going, it's getting late"

"Its almost Shawn's bedtime!" Nash yelled from the other room.

"Shut up!" Shawn chuckled.

"But before I go, I was wondering if you wanted to go to a musical tomorrow night?"

"Which one?"

"The Titanic, it's playing in Toronto and I know someone who can get us a great sale on tickets!"

"Sounds like fun, count me in!"

"Really?"

"No, I have to shave his back this weekend!" Nash yelled across the hall... again.

"Yeah, I'm definitely coming" Shawn confirmed.

"Good" I smiled, "See you tomorrow night"

"'Till then" Shawn smiled back.
