He stared at me for a second before laughing. "They won't do shit. I run this prison, and I run them. They listen to me."
I rolled my eyes, "you're lying."
He grabbed me by the throat, forcing me to look at him. "Try it. I dare you. Go ahead and call out to them. Once you do, just know, I'm going to fuck you while they watch."
Celeste is a therapist at Crimson Cove prison. She's dealt with plenty of inmates, and it's been easy. Have sessions, ask questions, and determine if they are mentally eligible for parole or release. It was a simple job until she got an inmate who was far from simple. Inmate 0611, Bane Romano. Something about him screamed danger, and being alone with him made her nervous. Despite how she felt, she has a job to do. The sooner she completes his sessions, the sooner she can get away from him.
