THE FIGHT HAD ENDED NOT long after you went unconscious. the battle left suguru bloody and without an arm.

he weakly made his way away from campus, using a wall as his guide. "i really do apologize, n/n..it's a shame that things turned out like this.." he muttered to himself.

suguru leaned against a wall, sliding down to the ground. after a brief moment of silence, he turned to the side. "late as always, satoru.." he spoke.

satoru approached suguru. he looked down at him. "i take it you're the one behind the incidents?" he asked. "yes, of course..is my family okay?" suguru queried.

"they are all safe and sound" "that's good to hear.." suguru then tossed a small card to satoru. he looked down at it, realizing that it was yuta's student ID.

"would you mind..doing me a favor, satoru?" suguru asked. "take care of y/n for me, will you?"

satoru tensed up. "they've been helping me with my plans..i took advantage of their vulnerable state..they'd be better off with you" he explained.

"y/n poured their heart and soul into you..yet you not only leave them to rot, but you take advantage of them for your own personal gain. we were all hurt when you left, but you've permanently scarred y/n. i can't forgive you for that, suguru" the white-haired male spoke.

suguru let out a weak chuckle. "i never took you for the sentimental type, satoru.." he teased. "where are they?" "not far from here, closer to the school grounds."

satoru let out a sigh as he looked down at his former best friend one last time.
