SUGURU WALKED THROUGH THE HALLS, satisfied with his decree at jujutsu high. he approached his room and slid the door open.

you slept soundly on his bed, which made him smile. suguru walked in and closed the door behind him. he then sat on the bed. "so adorable.." he said softly as he gently pet your head.

suguru tensed up when he saw tears running down your face. a nightmare, he assumed. he moved your head onto his lap, where he wiped away your tears with his thumb.

"everything will be perfect soon, my love.." suguru assured. "this world that betrayed you..this world full of filthy monkeys..it'll all be fixed.."

he placed his hands over yours. compared to how you looked when you first got here, you looked much better. suguru did a good job of nurturing you and preparing you for the upcoming war.

your eyes slowly opened. "ah, apologies, n/n" suguru spoke. "did you sleep well?" you rubbed your eyes. "well, i slept.." you replied.

"that's better than not sleeping. now, i suppose that i should explain the plan to you, since you'll be out in the field soon" he said.

"the goal is to capture yuta okkotsu's special grade cursed apparition, rika orimoto. we'll do this by killing okkotsu and i'll force rika to submit. after that, our plans to change the world will be within our reach" suguru explained, a grin on his face.

"the family will be out keeping the sorcerers busy whilst you'll be with me as my trump card against okkotsu" he added. "why am i a trump card?" "well, nobody knows about you over at jujutsu high. they don't know that you're with me. that gives us a bit of an advantage, since you haven't been calculated into their plan" he replied.

you hummed in response. suguru ran a thumb over your cheek. "why did you take me in..? i screwed you over" you spoke softly. suguru was taken aback by your statement.

"because i love you. i forgave you when nobody else did. satoru and shoko never came to your aid, and they claimed to have been your best friends. very cruel way to end things, no?" he replied.

obviously, he was lying. he couldn't afford to have you try to go back to jujutsu high. suguru had predicted that you thought everything was your fault, and it worked to his advantage in the end. you were on his side and had even agreed to being in a binding vow with him.

suguru gently caressed your face. "it's best that you get some more rest, my love..everything will be put into motion a few hours from now.." he suggested.

you didn't say anything, and just closed your eyes instead. a smile spread across suguru's face. you're just so obedient..
