Madis pov:
I woke up on Christmas day. I've never had a Christmas before, really. i mean, mom and dad gave us like 2 dollers or a chocolate, so i asume mel will give me some chocolate like them. Christmas doesnt really excited me ive been really happy all week tho the adoption went through mel is officially my mom now and thats all i need for Christmas but mel wouldnt take that for an answer when she asked what i wanted for chirstmas. i can smell the hot chocolate from my room but the usal smell of sweets doesnt make my mood any better i miss charlie shes alone on Christmas today and i wish she could be experiencing everything i have been well living with mel charlie is only 12 shes two years younger then me but she gets it worse from my parents now that im gone Christmas is a day you spend with family and even tho my parents arent my family charlie is me and charlie would always go build snowmen or just injoy the Christmas spirt even if we didnt get anything that year i suck it up knowing one day ill save charlie and get mel to adopt her i know mel hates seeing kids in pain so she will do it but right now i cant   contact her i will soon tho i get into the chirstmas spirt and leave my room Mel is waiting in festive pjs. She holds a hot cup of Coco for me and for her she ushering me to sit down by the tree. Under the tree, there's hundreds of presents. Like no joke, I'm confused because I thought in Christmas. You're only supposed to get one gift, but I look at them, and they all have my name on it. Some are written from Santa, I look at mel "melly i know santas not real" she smiles "just pretend ur parents gave u a good childhood and be excited" later on i got many great gifts from mel clothing she knew i would like stuffies some hobbies since the only hobbie i have is writing me and mel sit by the tree playing with gifts (as kidish as it sounds i didnt have a childhood like this so let me have this) then we watched Christmas chronicles my favorite Christmas movie and elf.
