"These flowers look really pretty, don't they, Lily?" Sunny asks her as they lean down together at the garden, him gazing over a patch of orange marigolds.

"Some of these flowers are dying." She mentions, holding a dried out petal of what used to be a pink rose in her paws. "A lot of them also aren't watered enough. That's odd, you would think that the park owners would take better care of their plants in the garden before the event."

"Oh...I didn't notice that. It only seems to be a few of them, though."

"Still, they can't just be ignored like that." Lily sighs and lifts herself back up. "Well, it's fine. I'll go ask someone to water them the next time I come here."

"Yeah, that would be really considerate of you." Sunny stands up as well. "Um, do you still want to keep walking or..."

He looks a long distance forward, spotting a large pink flowering tree with a small bench underneath it. It was small enough to look like it could only be occupied by two Eeveelutions, who would have to sit pretty close to each other to fit on it...

"..d-do you want to sit down?" He nervously points over to the bench and tree that appeared like they had come straight out of a romance novel.

"Oh, that's one of my favorite places in this park." Lily's eyes light up. "It's quite peaceful. I wouldn't mind relaxing there, Sunny."

"O-ok, let's go, then!" Sunny says, perhaps a bit too excitedly.

They arrive underneath the pink blossoms, the branches gently wavering from a faint breeze. They both sit down, their shoulders touching each other, causing Sunny to lightly blush.

The scene was indeed peaceful, an area of quiet solitude lit gently by the torches and the moonlight, as well as giving a nice view of the (mostly) beautiful flowers of the garden. The noises of the Pokemon and the music from the party was faint...though, a soft, pleasant harmony from Kris' performance could still be heard.

Sunny fidgets nervously. This would be the perfect place to ask her if...if...

It's a waste even thinking about it, you creep. You know you're not going to do anything.

His eyes twitch. Why couldn't he ever stop thinking like this? So indecisive...he tried to keep his mind off of it and appreciate the tranquility under the sakura tree. Lily, she was good at appreciating the peace, he thought. She never seemed to get mad or scared or anything.

But...even after a few more minutes of silence, the idea still remained in Sunny's head. He didn't know if he could just keep it to himself anymore.

He turns his head to Lily, blushing, "H-hey, Lily, do you want to..."

He notices her eyes widening, even though he hasn't finished his sentence yet. "...um...?"

"Let's go, Sunny." She suddenly takes his paw, leading him back onto the path towards the party.

"W-what?" He blushes wildly from being suddenly escorted away. After a few seconds of stupor, he quickly glances behind where Lily was staring at before. A turquoise and blue canine figure looked to be patrolling the garden. Sunny thought he saw the glint of a golden badge.

Glade? He guesses, not completely sure. He nervously looks at the oddly stern-looking Leafeon. "Um, Lily? Why'd we leave so suddenly?"

"It's, uh, nothing. I was just getting...bored." She smiles at him. For some reason, her smile right then felt a little eerie to Sunny.

"O-oh, um, okay." He doesn't argue, but he quietly wonders if that was Glade, and if so, why Lily would avoid her own brother. Come to think of it, he couldn't remember a time where he saw them talking together after...
