Chapter six

Friday
Rachel POV
Since I finished fanny in funny girl recently I have nothing to do. Also because being on Broadway pays a lot and I'm super smart I finished NYADA early. Finn is officially moving in and we are just friends, who happen to live together and share a kid. his mom is sending out all his stuff here soon. Today is the day of my barbecue to tell everyone I'm not marrying sam, it's also everyone's last day in New York so today would've been my last chance anyway. My dad's are away on a business trip so I told them late last night.
//phone call last night//
"Hey dads"
"Hey baby are you ok we haven't heard since you fled"
"I'm ok but I'm not marrying sam in fact, we broke up" I had no feeling saying it
"YES! Oh we mean sorry" they screamed
"Wait why are you guys so happy I thought you liked sam" I said confused
"oh honey we just wanted you happy, plus we feel bad for what we put you through when you were pregnant and realized you and Finn are meant to be" they said
I was blushing and I just decided it was getting late so I replied
"Well thank you and I forgive you for that and Finn and I are just going to be friends, good night love you guys"
"Bye pumpkin we love youuuu"

Finn POV
I am officially moving in with Rachel and Chris. I'm so happy that I get to be closer with the people I love. I still really love Rachel but she wants to just be friends. But I know better, I know she still loves me and I love her and that phone call last night that I might have been easvdropimg on just confirms everyone else knows it too. Today we're planning the barbecue to announce her no longer wedding, and Kurt and Blaine have some news too, so today's going to be fun!

Rachel POV
Everyone's having such a great time. Since I have a pool the little kids are all swimming and playing with their parents in the pool. Kurt is tanning with Santana, while Britney is holding Beth in the water, Quinn and puck are holding each other in the water, Mercedes is with Tina eating and Mike and Matt are dancing with Steven, mike and Tina's son, Shane and his daughter with Mercedes, Lesley are dancing as well, mr schue and ms. pilsbury are sitting with their newborn Daniel, sugar and Rory are making out under a tree, Artie and his new girlfriend kitty are by the barbecue, unique and Marley are just talking in one of the tables, jake and Ryder are playing basketball with some other people too, and Finn is cooking while Chris is wet and observing the meat while drying off. It's time for my announcement and Kurt and Blaine's too so I walk from the grill and tell them I'm about to tell everyone and they follow me towards the patio where everyone can see, here goes nothing.
"Attention everyone"
Everyone stops what they're doing and look towards the three of us
"We have an announcement!" Blaine yells and motions for me to start
"I am no longer with sam and before you say anything, I'm perfectly happy about it, but for the real news" I say and watch as everyone's faces changes, and I point toward Blaine and Kurt and they yell
"We're having a baby!" Then it's quiet and everyone roars with applause and cheers

Rachel POV
That went better than expected, I'm so happy now that everything's back the way it is. Finn yelled that the barbecue was ready so everyone who was hungry better serve themselves! We had burgers, chicken, salad, sandwiches, cupcakes and some lemonade. I had to keep an eyes on Chris because he kept trying to take three cupcakes at once!
He really is Finns son! After everyone finished eating I took off my dress and was left in my black bikini, and Finn was just staring at me as I sat next to San and Kurt to tan.

Finn POV
After I finished cooking I, of course, served my son first, and kept serving everyone there food until there was no line. when Chris was finished he wanted to jump in the pool again, but me and Rachel told him he had to wait, so I sneaked him ONE cupcake since Rachel saw him try to steal three. After everyone had waited they all went back to what they were doing I took off the apron and was only in my swim shorts and I saw Rachel take off her dress...and she looked, beautiful. She is absolute perfection. But she went to tan so I quickly grabbed her in my arms and took her with me as I jumped in the pool.

Rachel POV
He took me and threw me into the pool! Ohh he's going to get it!

"You're going to regret that mr.hudson!" I yelled now floating in the pool
"Oh really?" He asked smirking
"Yup" I said as I pushed his head under water and swam away
He quickly swam toward me splashing water in my face I screamed and we started throwing water in each other's faces until we heard SNAP! It was Kurt, he took a photo of us and yelled
"FINCHEL water fight" then Santana pushed him in and Kurt dragged her along so everyone started a water fight. Chris wanted to get in so me and Finn swam toward the deep end and it was just the three of us while everyone else was water fighting.
"do you see what your dad starts Chris?" I said as I looked at Finn who was teaching him how to swim then Chris said
"Yea it was funnies, mommy and daddy were getting all crazy" Chris giggled
"Hey your mommy was asking for it!" Finn said staring at me with his half smirk
I laughed and looked at him and said
"I was defiantly not, as you saw I WAS tanning" I laughed as I swam closer to Finn and Chris asked
"Why do you tan momma?" I smiled at my boy and said
"Because it helps mommy look prettier" I said while throwing a little bit of water at him
"But mommy already looks beautiful" Finn said leaning toward my lips making me blush when pop, Chris puts his head in between our heads and yells
"Yea momma you looks beautifuls!" Me and Finn just laughed and looked at each other as we swam towed the shallow part where everyone's fighting was dying down. Then Santana just had to say
"Looks like someone didn't get water soaked" she said
As her and everyone else started heading toward us with water guns when Finn grabbed one and squirted Santana right in the face and then I stole one from the edge and me and Chris shot at everyone while getting squirted too. We all continued playing the whole day.
