Chapter seven

Rachel POV
Yesterday was the barbecue and today's the day Finn receives all his stuff to move in, Chris was really happy. Kurt had a brilliant idea to print all the photos from yesterday so he could put them in his wedding slideshow. He wanted us to be on it too, so he even included the photo of me and Finn in the pool. Chris said we looked like a happy family. I still love Finn, but I just can't handle a relationship right now, I just can't, I think he wants to get back together again. But he's still in the army, I can't handle the fact that he'll have to go back and one day he may never return.

Finn POV
Today I get all my stuff and I officially move in with rach and Chris. Kurt had this bright idea to put me and Rachel, in his wedding slideshow thingy. I was fine with it, because it makes me and Rachel look like a couple that's happy, which I really want. Chris pointed out that we look like a family. I still love Rachel and I know she loves me too, but i think she's afraid of what would happen to me in the army. I want to be with her, no matter what because it's been too long, and I love her, no matter what.

"Hey dad can we go to the zoos with momma today?" Chris asked
"I don't know bud go ask your mom" Finn replied
Chris quickly ran to Rachel's room yelling "MOMMA!!!!" All the way up the stairs, making Rachel run out of the room asking
"What? What happened!?? Is Chris ok??" She looked around until she found Chris in front of her staring up at her worried face
"Chris what have I said about yelling in the house?" Rachel bent down asking him still having her worried look
"I'm, sowy momma, I wants to tell you if we can got to the zoos" Chris said looking sad
"It's ok, baby, just don't yell ok?" Rachel said as she looked down with a reassuring smile
"Otay, but can we goes to the zoos?" Chris asked hopeful
"Let me go talk with your dad first ok?" Rachel said
As she lifted Chris up while walking down the stairs to meet with Finn in the living room, watching football. Chris instantly leaped out of Rachel's arms and ran to the couch to watch the game, Rachel rolled her eyes because he is just like his dad.
"Hey Hudson come here" Rachel yelled as she madee her way to the kitchen
"Coming, just wa...." he and Chris soon yelled
"TOUCHDOWN!" Rachel just rolled her eyes,
Because even when Finn wasn't here Chris would always change the channel to watch the game, and yell the way Finn does. When Finn was done yelling he went into the kitchen to chat with Rachel about today's activities.
"What's up" Finn asked while grabbing a water bottle and putting milk in Chris's sippy cup
"Chris wants.." she got interrupted
"wants to go to the zoo?" Finn finished
"You told him to ask me didn't you?" Rachel replied smiling
"Yup, and I think the zoo sound like a great idea but we need your approval to go" Finn said smiling back
"Well, I think it's a great idea. You and Chris can have some father son bonding.." Finn interrupts again
"Rach, he wants the three of is to go" Finn said smirking, knowing that their own son is trying to get them back together
"Alright, alright, I guess a day at the zoo wouldn't hurt, just let me go tell San I'm not going to work today" Rachel said as she ran upstairs to get her phone and call Santana.

Finn POV
Yes, I get to spend the day with Rachel and Chris! Having a kid with Rachel is probably the best thing ever. Now we get to bond together! I should probably start packing the snacks.

Rachel POV
Looks like I'm spending the day with Chris......and Finn. A small part of me is actually excited. After I finished calling San and I told her why I wasn't going in today she just said her usual catchphrase, wanky. As I'm walking down the stairs I notice Finn is packing some food in Chris's bag.
"Whatcha ya packing" I asked
"There's water bottles, milk for Chris, in his sippy cup of course, three PB&J, two ham sandwiches, and goldfish for Chris as a snack" Finn finished out of breath, I can't believe he remembered my favorite is PB&J. He really is a good dad, and..never mid
"Wow, well I should probably change Chris, so you should get ready too" I say and walk into the living room to find my baby fast asleep on the couch sucking his thumb and holding his blanket, that was once Finns.

Rachel puts Chris in a grey dinosaur shirt and light brown khakis with his red converse, and sunscreen of course. She wore shorts and a white shirt with her fitness shoes, while wearing cat sunglasses. Finn had a white shirt on and khakis with black converse.

"Alrighty, I have the bag and a sleeping Chris, do you have the stroller and the camera?" Rachel asked Finn while waiting at the door for Finn.
"Yup" he said while opening the door and and locking it as they went toward the car.
Rachel put Chris in his car seat, while Finn started the car and she jumped in the passenger seat and said
"Alright, let go have some fun at the zoo" she told Finn while smiling her million dollar grin.
