In our group that was attached to Dwargon were three caravans, all being guarded by Gobta and six other members of the Goblin Riders. Along with us were Shuna, Shion, Kaijin, and the Dwarf brothers.

While first carriage being pulled by Ranga had us in it, the other two didn't really have people in them. They only had a bunch of gifts that were meant for King Gazel and Dwargon.

Kaijin: I have to admit, I'd never imagine seeing our homeland again. You both have my gratitude.

Garm: You said it! We're grateful, right guys?

Dord: Absolutely!

Myrd: Hmm.

Rimuru: No problem. If anything, it's the least we could do. Tempest wouldn't be the flourishing nation it is with out your help.

Kaijin: Haha! We're flattered, hearing you say that makes me feel proud to be a craftsmen.

Garm: Same.

Blake: I'll admit, we're very fortunate and happy to have met the four of you.

Kajin: Aw, cut it out...

Kaijin started to tear up at my words with Garm and Dord sniffling a bit, while Myrd just gave us his classic smile and thumbs up.

The only person who wasn't intended to come with us was Shion. But when Rimuru told her this, she immediately threw a hissy fit so powerful that it spawned lightning in the room and caused several damages to the buildings interior.

Needless to say, we had to bring her after that; because I honestly would've felt bad leaving her behind for the others to deal with.

Shion: Look over there, my Lords! The road that was destroyed by Charybdis has been completely cleared now.

We looked out to see a fully cleared path with no trees or other barriers blocking the path.

Rimuru: You're right, they work fast.

Blake: Geld and the others never fail to impress.

After a bit of time, we encountered Geld and his workers setting up the stone tablets for the road. We stopped to greet them and explain our sudden arrival.

Geld: Oh, so your both leaving for the Dwarf kingdom today?

Rimuru: Yep, and with the road laid this well it's been super smooth so far.

Geld: Thank you, we've been working on it from the direction of the Dwarf kingdom. The rest of the road from this point forward is finished.

Blake: Nice, this means the trip will go quicker and smoother. Great work as always.

Geld: Thank you sir.

Blake: With that being said, Rimuru...

On my cue, Rimuru spat our three large barrels.

Geld: Uh, what's that?

Blake: Free beer.

Orcs: Really!?

They all began to cheer as we made our way back inside the carriage and went onward.

Blake: Don't over do it!

Rimuru: Try not to get slosh!

Geld: Understood!

Orc: Yes, my Lords!

After a few days of travel, we finally arrived at the gates to Dwargon where several people stood watching the scene as we left the carriages and began to enter.

Just as I walked by, I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned to see a familiar face.

Kaidou: It's been a while, Blake.
