(A/N: This chapter and the next few after it are going to be long ones and exceed the usual word limit I work with, enjoy.)

Rimuru: What... happened...? Is everyone... was my evolution successful...?

Blake: Hey, you're finally awake.

Rimuru looked up to see a familiar smiling face staring down at him.

Blake: Good morning, little brother.

It took Rimuru a bit to process who he was looking at and figure what he just heard.

Rimuru: ...Did you... just make a video game reference?

Blake: ...Maybe?

Rimuru: ...Heh, it's good to have you back, Blake.

Blake: I had a feeling you'd get me back one or another. It was simply a matter of not if, but when.

Rimuru: I'm glad to know you had so much confidence in me. But listen, don't you ever worry me like that ever again!

Blake: Hah! You're one to talk. I'll apologize for the scare, but hearing you evolve into a Demon Lord despite seeing no previous value in it? That's a pretty damn risky thing to do yourself.

Rimuru chuckled sheepishly at the obvious irony.

Rimuru: Sounds a little hypocritical considering my previous stance, huh?

Blake: I don't think it's bad thing. If anything, I'd say it might even been an improvement.

Seeing that Rimuru had awaken, everyone quickly gathered up in knelt before the both of us with Shion taking Rimuru and holding up.

Shion: Listen up! Lord Rimuru has succeeded in brining everyone back to life! Including our great Lord Blake!

Everyone: We have all been resurrected! Without a single soul left behind!

It was then at seeing everyone, that Rimuru noticed something very different about them.

Rimuru: Is it just me or do you all look... different?

Blake: Thanks to your evolution to Demon Lord, they were all given an evolutionary gift, along with an increase in magicules. In the process, several of them have evolved.

Rimuru: Really? What did they evolve into?

I went on to give him the details.

Among those who died, after resurrecting, they had all transformed into a special kind of being called a Death Oni. Outside of them, all the Hobgoblins and Goblinas that were the direct subordinates of Benimaru and Souei had also evolved into Ogres.

Along side them, Geld and many of the Orcs that were directly under his command had also evolved into High Orcs.

As for others like Ranga, Rigur, Gabiru, and Gobta, along with those under their command; though they remained the same, they did gain an obvious increase in power and even got a few extra skills too, with most of the executives gaining Unique skills.

Rimuru: And what about Benimaru and the Kijin?

Blake: Well, the Kijin evolved into Mystic Onis, with exception of one.

Rimuru: Wait, one of them didn't evolve?

Blake: No, she definitely evolved. She just took a different evolutionary path.

Rimuru was confused before a familiar voice responded him.

{Raphael: Notice. The individual Shion has evolved into a Wicked Oni, instead of a Mystic Oni like the rest.}
