Family And Promises P1 S1

Lily's POV 

Ever since I met Autobots two weeks ago I had a different life. Every day I would wake up and after eating breakfast I would step threw the doors to see Optimus waiting for me. Even though he was the leader of Autobots and a lot had been on his shoulders he tried to get to know me better. I loved hearing about Cybertron and the stories he told me that happened before the war. 

The kiss. 

I could never forget it. It was on my mind all the time I was with Optimus. I wanted to talk to him about it but each time I tried something came between the talk. I had never kissed before and it was so magical. I know it sounds childish to talk about a magical kiss but to me it was. 

Optimus: "Is something wrong Lily?" 

I quickly looked at the radio from where his voice came from. 

Me: "No. Everything is fine." 

I said as I looked back threw the window. Stopping in front of school doors he opened the doors for me after he removed the seatbelt that was around me. 

Me: "See you later Optimus." 

Optimus: "Bye Lily." 

The school days went by quickly since I met Autobots. Not only because of them but because now I had friends. I indeed knew Eli before meeting the Autobots but I never knew how it is to have more friends. Joey and Blear were great. I loved spending time with them. 

True we all were different. Blear was rock-obsessed. Joey kept a lot to himself. Eli was the smartest one. As for me? I was mostly the quiet one. But we got along well. We spent time with each other as much as we could. Lorry, Dean, and Luke haven't been paying attention to me which was great. 

The moment school was over and I stepped threw the doors I saw Optimus already waiting for me. As I stepped toward him I saw Bumblebee and Eli already driving away at great speed towards the way base was. Optimus opened his doors and I claimed inside of him. 

Me: "Hi Optimus." 

Optimus: "Hello Lily." 

His voice was always so gentle. 

Me: "How was your day?" 

I asked as I claimed inside of him and took a seat on his comfy seat. Even though we hadn't seen each other for six hours I always asked him about his day. 

Optimus: "It was okay. And yours?" 

I began to tell him about my day as he began to drive towards the base. Even though he didn't need to know he always liked to listen about my day. That was another reason I liked Optimus. He listed. 

After hours spent in Autoboth base with Joey, Blear, and Eli it was time for me to go home. Optimus like always took me home. Even though Megatron was gone Optimus never seemed to be relaxed. Well, he was Prime. Primes were like that. But I didn't mind it. 

Optimus: "So will you go?" 

Me: "Go?" 

Optimus: "The party tomorrow." 

Eli invited me to a party in a club tomorrow where she goes regularly to have fun. She asked me to come with her many times but parties for me...I do not know. 

Me: "I...I don't know." 

Optimus: "If could be fun." 

Me: "Yeah but...I...I don't want to embarrass myself." 

Optimus: "Emberressd?" 

Me: "It happened before...many times." 

I said as I looked down at my bare knees. I had embarrassed myself so many times that I couldn't even count it. Of course, I didn't mean to but to me, it just happened.
