Joey's POV
Ratchet: "Optimus, I'm registering a rapidly expanding mass in their space bridge vortex, one with a peculiar energy signature."
Optimus: "Dark Energon. Ratchet we must destroy the space bridge. There is enough live energy coursing through it to achieve detonation, but we lack the firepower to ignite it."
Ratchet: "If I knew how the space bridge was engineered, I might find a technical way of accomplishing that feat."
Eli: "Would schematics help?"
She asked as she took her USB from her pocket and showed it to him. I was surprised that she was able to get it before Soundwave could grab her. Ratchet nodded.
Ratchet: "Optimus I must say. The space bridge is our sole hope of ever returning to Cybertron. Are you certain its destruction is the only option?"
Optimus: "I am afraid so."
Ratchet: "Then, by all means, let us light our darkest hour."
Optimus: "Aubotos take your positions and follow Ratchet's lead."
By destroying the space bridge the Autobots will not be able to return to Cybertron. If they are prepared to sacrifice their only way back home so our planet can stay safe, then I know I made the right decision by staying and helping as much as I could.
Lily: "One shall stand. One shall fall."
She wispered under her breath making me look at her.
Me: "What?"
She looked at me.
Lily: "What?"
Blear: "Hey those things are getting closer."
She said making me look back towards the monitor to see pink dots approaching the space bridge.
Blear: "That is bad right?"
Eli: "Ratchet, we are in position."
Ratchet: "Acree, pay close attention. You must-"
Hearing something falling I turned to look at Lily to see her on her knees. By the expression on her face, I could see that she was in pain.
Me: "Lily?! What's wrong?"
Eli: "Lily?"
Blear and I went down to her level to see what was wrong as she did not reply. Her eyes were wide open as she was holding her hands close to her chest.
Blear: "What's wrong Lily?"
Lily: "Optimus."
Me: "Optimus?"
Lily: "He's fighting Megatron."
Ratchet: "Arcee where is Optimus?"
Acree: "He's fighting Megatron. Why?"
Ratchet quickly looked at Lily who looked better now. How did she know? Helping her up she looked at me.
Me: "You okay?"
She nodded, and then I turned my attention back to Ratchet.
Ratchet: "Now follow the line from the flow regular to the energon pump. There should be a valve."
Acree: "I see it."
Ratchet: "Good. Turn all that power against itself, all you need to do is reverse the current."
