Harmony of Shadows

Never fear, AZUR IS HERE!!

"Deku?" Kat's voice was barely a whisper, filled with disbelief and relief.

Izuku glanced back at him, a small smile playing on his lips. "Miss me?"

Kat's expression softened, a smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth. "Damn right I did."

But there was no time for more.

The battle raged on, and Izuku knew they had to finish it.

With a nod of understanding, they charged back into the fray.

The battle ended soon after Deku joined the fight.

The enemy forces retreated, their plans in ruins. U.A. High School stood strong, dispite the destrution of the bulidings.

As the dust settled, Izuku finally had a moment to catch his breath.

He looked over at Kat, a warmth spreading through his chest at the sight of his boy safe and sound.

Kat met his gaze, and for a moment, all the worries and uncertainties melted away.

Izuku felt tears threaten and without hesitation, Izuku crossed the battlefield to reach the blonde.

He threw his arms around him, pulling him into a tight embrace.

"Kacchan," he murmured, his voice choked with emotion.

Kat's arms wrapped around Izuku just as tightly, holding him close. 

"Izuku," he whispered back, his voice rough with emotion.

Amidst the heartfelt reunion, a snort interrupted them. 

Azur, Izuku's woodland jaguar spirit animal, padded over to them, his golden eyes flickering with amusement. 

"You two are gross," he commented, flicking his tail in mock annoyance before padding away.

Izuku laughed softly, wiping away tears as he pulled back slightly from Kat. 

"I missed you," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper.

Kat brushed a tear from Izuku's cheek, his touch gentle and full of affection.

"I missed you too, nerd," he whispered, his voice filled with warmth.

Then, with a surge of longing and relief, Kat leaned down and captured Izuku's lips in a tender kiss. Izuku responded eagerly, his arms wrapping around Kat's neck as their kiss deepened. The taste of caramel that permanently lingered on Kat's lips, a sweetness that Izuku savored as their tongues danced together. 

It was a reminder of the sweet side of his boyfriend.

They pulled back, both smiling with a mixture of happiness and contentment.

"I get that you were training to save the world, but never again," Kat said softly, resting his forehead against Izuku's.

Izuku giggled, his cheeks flushed from the kiss. "You know I can't promise that," he replied playfully, his voice filled with affection.

Kat chuckled, his heart swelling with love for the green-haired hero in his arms. "I know," he murmured, pressing a gentle kiss to Izuku's forehead. "Just come back to me, every time."

Izuku nodded, his eyes shining with unwavering determination. "I promise," he whispered, his voice a vow that echoed through the depths of Kat's soul.

Someone cleared there throat quickly catching the attention of the pair as they hadn't realised someone had approached. 

"Welcome back Young Midoryia" All Might smiled warmly as he ruffed Dekus hair. 

Izuku's smile dropped a little as he remembered the last time he had spoken to the retired hero. That dreaded meeting. 

"All Might" He said instead forcing the cheery tone. 

"How were things whilst I was away?" 

All Might nodded "All good on the home front, no more letters. Well until this." He gestured around them. 

Kats arm tightened around the greenettes waist. 

"Can you set up a meeting for as soon as possible?" Deku asked the old pro hero who nodded. 

"Of course I can"

"Good I'm headed there now since the healers have this under control." Deku moved to pull out of Kacchans grip as All Might walked away, only to find that he couldn't. 

"I guess your coming then" Izu chukkled as he looked up into the crimson gaze of the blonde holding him. 

"Azur, Kai" Deku called watching as the pair trotted over side by side.

"Welcome home cub" Kai rubbed his head against the Greenette affectionately who scratched between his ears in turn.

Azur turned to glare at Kat "You two done sucking face then?" 

Kai must have translated for Kat because the next thing was the blonde chasing the green jaguar around screaming all the different ways it was going to die. 

Kai and Izu turned to look at each other. 

"I still find it funny that Kat has no idea what that gremlin is saying. Those morons" Kai shook his head.

Izu chukkled, and returned to look at the pair. 

"Yea but, they are our morons" Izuku smiled. 

"Your right about that" Kai huffed proudly. 

That was until Kat fell over and Azur raced to sit on him, effectively trapping the blonde who was throughing a tantrum. 

"Scratch that we don't know them" Izuku turned and started heading for the meeting room. 

"Know who?" Kai smirked padding next to him.
