Next day...
At the Office...I was eagerly waiting for Arjun's call. Yesterday was the most beautiful day of my life-meeting the love of my life. He is the moon of my life, someone I can only admire from afar but can't touch. I used to think I would never meet him again. But I won't repeat the mistake I made five years ago.
Back then, I only considered my feelings and didn't pay attention to Arjun's. I was consumed by my own pain and didn't realize that Arjun hurt. he was holding onto the letter I left for him. Just like I lived on the memories of him, he did too. I've now decided not to repeat the same mistakes;
I'll always be with him... always.

In the Past...
In the serene tranquility of the library, softly illuminated by reading lamps, Ishika and Arjun both reached for the same book review card at the exact same moment. Their hands collided gently, prompting a surprised laugh from both of them.

I wanted to say sorry, but nothing was coming out of me. I got lost in the beauty of that girl. I had never seen anyone like her before. It was just a few moments of eye contact, but it made my heartbeat increase in that moment.
"Oh, sorry about that!" I exclaimed with a sheepish grin, finally finding my voice.
Ishika chuckled, "No worries, it seems this book review card is in high demand today!"
I nodded, gesturing for her to take the card first. "Ladies first, of course."
She accepted with a playful mock bow, pretending to curtsy as she took the card. "Why, thank you, kind sir," she replied in an exaggerated formal tone and handed the book back to me.
As she read the review, I couldn't help but sneak glances at her. Ishika had this infectious energy that made it hard for me to keep my cool, and I knew my smile was giving me away.
