I didn't expect this to happen. My orphanage is sending students abroad for higher studies, those who excel in academics and skills. I have to go too. It's a great opportunity that I can't pass up. But first, I have to tell Arjun. He doesn't know anything. If I leave without telling him, he will be upset.

Before that I should try to stop all this.

"I don't want to go," Ishika said, her voice trembling.

I told Mr. D' Soza, the owner of Orphanage.

"Why?" Mr. D'Soza asked, puzzled.

"I want to live here," Ishika replied, her heart heavy with conflicting emotions.Mr. D'Soza frowned.

"But you yourself said that you wanted to study abroad. So why are you refusing now?"

Ishika had indeed requested to go abroad for further studies. She wanted to explore the world, to escape the confines of the orphanage. But that was before she met Arjun. Now, the thought of being far from him was unbearable.

"I want to stay with my friends," Ishika said, trying to mask the real reason for her reluctance.

Mr. D'Soza wasn't convinced.

"What is this useless excuse? You're very smart. If you get a good education, you'll become very successful in the future."

Ishika remained silent, knowing she couldn't reveal the truth.

"No kidding around here, Ishika. The entire admission process has been completed, the fees have been paid, and now you're backing out. Everything here doesn't happen according to your whims," Mr. D'Soza said, growing more suspicious.

Mr. D'Soza started suspecting that Ishika was hiding something.Mr. D'Soza: Don't want to go away from friends, or is it something else? Hmm? You haven't behaved like this before.

Panic gripped Ishika. She remembered the time when another girl from the orphanage fell in love and spoke out against the institution. Mr. D'Soza had mercilessly beaten the boy, and the police had been involved. If he found out about Arjun, he would undoubtedly harm him. Ishika couldn't bear the thought.

I wanted power to go against them. She has raised me since childhood and has watched over me. And I told her about Arjun that she will take Arjun away from me.I didn't want Arjun to get hurt in any way, so I agreed to go abroad even though I didn't want to.

After Mr. D'Soza left, Ishika quickly made her way to the orphanage's reception desk. Her hands trembled as she picked up the phone and dialed Arjun's number. Each unanswered ring heightened her sense of urgency and desperation.

"Ishika, are you okay?" the receptionist asked, noticing her distress.

"I need to reach Arjun," Ishika replied, her voice strained. "It's urgent."
