My bag was very heavy, and it was difficult to keep it from falling in front of my feet. I saw the managers approaching me, and I felt a little nervous, but they seemed nice.

"Hello, my name is Kiyoko, and that's Yachi. We are the managers from Karasuno. What's your name?" the tall, black-haired girl said, while a smaller, blonde-haired girl stood close next to her.

"Hello, my name is Y/N. I'm the manager from Nekoma. I hope we will get along. I would love to get to know you guys more and maybe become friends. You all seem so nice!" I smiled warmly.

Suddenly, I saw Bokuto approaching us. He said, "I'm sorry, but our managers couldn't make it — one is sick, and the other has to write exams. But I think you guys will be okay!" He noticed my bag and me struggling to hold it. "Hey, should I take your bag to the rooms? It seems very heavy." He flashed me a smile, and before I could say anything, he took it from me. I just laughed.

In the corner of my eye, I saw Kuroo watching the whole situation, looking a little upset. He walked up to us and said in a serious tone, "It's fine, Bokuto, bro. I can take the bag to her room." Bokuto seemed to notice something and handed the bag to Kuroo. They both hugged and smiled, they are good friends, but you could still see the tension in Kuroo's eyes.

"Thank you, that's very thoughtful of you guys!" I said, grinning.

"Hey teams, all of you please go to your team room, put your things down, and get ready for training," the words came from a coach I didn't recognize. Kuroo hugged me goodbye and left.

"We have our own manager room. It's just down the hall from our teams. But we are not allowed to be in there because we have work to do and need to support our teams. Coach Ukai said we could use it for sleeping and getting ready. Just so you know," Yachi explained, kind of nervously. I think she is a little introverted, but that doesn't matter.

We managers went to put our bags down and started setting up our futons where we would sleep. It didn't take long, and soon we were on our way to the matches, where our teams played against each other. We talked a lot and had a great time. I think this could really end up in a friendship. I am very happy about that. Besides the boys, I actually have no female friends.

While the boys were changing, we helped the coaches, and I introduced myself to a man—Coach Ukai. He seemed nice but also very strict with his team. Kiyoko, Yachi, and I sat down on the bench as we watched our teams play. Midway through the game, Kiyoko asked something that caught me off guard.

"Hey, what is your relationship with the captain? He seems to be interested in you. There is a tension, I can feel it."

"What makes you think that?" I asked, kind of frustrated and with a red face. It was a little embarrassing.

"Well, when Bokuto took your bag, he seemed very protective of you, like he was jealous. And the whole game now, he is shooting glares at you whenever he gets the chance. For me, as an outside observer, I think he might have an interest in you," she said, smiling. Yachi just nodded in agreement.

"Well, I have known him for a long time now, and I am not sure about how I feel. You know what I mean?"

"Yeah, I know. Maybe the camp is the right time to find out," Yachi said, giving me a wink.

I watched Kuroo play for the rest of the game while we talked about different topics. To be honest, I kind of got Kiyoko's point, he really was watching me. He looked very good, and I would blush whenever he looked back at me.

The matches were done pretty quickly, and we had to start helping with dinner. We all went to the kitchen in the cafeteria and started our work. Plenty of things were already prepared, so we only had to finish them. Today we were eating Gyoza—Japanese dumplings. It didn't take long; we just had to put the filling, which was spring onions with some minced pork, cabbage, garlic, onion, and ginger, into the dough and close it up. The last step was to fry them until they were golden brown. We also made some rice so the teams would be really satisfied and wouldn't end up still being hungry. When we were done, we gathered our teams. Each team had their own table with enough space. I brought the food to my team, who were sitting very impatiently and were hungry. They all thanked me and ate with me.

"You are so good at cooking!" Lev and Yamamoto said, almost screaming.

I just laughed at this. I saw Kuroo grinning and looking at me, smiling. I smiled back, happy that they all enjoyed the food. When we were finished, it was very late, and everyone went to their rooms.

I hope you enjoyed it! Do you have any ideas what they could do after the matches??
