You saved me

"What did you do?!" I repeated the question, emphasising every world with a slight tone of aggression and anger.

"I killed them... I killed your parents Y/n, so I could raise you as my own."

"Y-y-you what?" I stuttered, my words a mumbling mess as my brain worked overtime to try and process what he had said. He had confessed and there was no sense of regret or guilt in his voice.

"I killed them Y/n!" Kohga began to cackle, leaning back as his wretched laugh echoed through my mind.

"Aaaahhh!!! I'll kill you!" I screamed and pounced at my former master. I extended my right hand, the palm smacking into his neck, causing all the air to leave his body but I didn't stop there. I wrapped the fingers of my right hand round his neck, squeezing tightly before jabbing his huge stomach with my left hand.

I pounded my fist into his stomach several times, his horrific laugh quickly turning into frantic screaming as the monster that was once my master comically wriggled around beneath me. He was so unserious and I hated it. He gave no thought for who he hurt and for what he did. He just ate bananas and acted foolish, as if he wasn't ruining people's lives; that's why he was a monster.

I let go of his neck with my right hand and as I did, Kohga tried to sit up but I immediately gripped his neck again but with my left hand this time. This freed up my right hand, which would be perfect for caving this monster's skull in.

Link's P.O.V

Shouts echoed through the halls of the hide out. "That was Y/n," I mumbled under my breath as my eyes scanned the multiple hallways. I was trying to determine which way to go. Every second I waisted could be the difference between life and death.

"W-was that Y/n?" Zelda asked, looking to Ooma who was stood at the front of our group.

Ooma looked back over her shoulder at us and nodded. "Come on, this way." She said before she began to run off down a hallway. I had forgotten that Ooma was a Yiga member herself and so she would know the way to this Master Kohga. How could I be so foolish to forget? I need to be at my best right now, I can't be slipping.

Zelda snapped me out of my thoughts. She grabbed my hand, looking back at me with worry in her shaking green eyes, "Come on Link, hurry."

I nodded and ran past her. I kept ahold of her hand and lead the Princess through the hideout. I followed Ooma's every step, until she stopped.

I stopped quickly as well but Zelda didn't seem to get the memo because I felt her bump into my back as she had kept on running. I couldn't help but smirk as I looked over my shoulder at the princess who was now rubbing her head.

Zelda looked up into my eyes, pouting a little, "what's going on?" She asked but I had no answer for her.

Fortunately Ooma had the answer, "Someone's coming." Unfortunately Ooma's answer was vague and mostly unhelpful.

We stood silently in the dark hallway, our eyes scanning the walls, the ceilings and the darkness for any signs of life but nothing came. Until a sudden poof of red smoke illuminated the darkness.

Three Yiga blade masters had appeared before us. They must have woken up after Y/n knocked them out. "Zelda get back." I commanded the princess, extending my hand backwards to keep her at a distance.

Zelda's P.O.V

I felt helpless as the Zora soldiers, Link and Ooma took on the three blade masters and the several foot soldiers who kept appearing. The blade masters were tall and muscular and I could see the struggle on my teammates faces as they tried to block and hold back the powerful attacks of the Yiga.
