Alice woke up from the sunlight caressing her face. She gently sat up, wandering the whole room that left her confused. The elegant room, with its tasteful decor and the soft hum of the air conditioner, seemed foreign to her. She rubbed her temples, trying to piece together the events of the previous night.

"Saan ako?" she murmured to herself, her voice still groggy from sleep.

As she looked around, she noticed the clothes she wore last night neatly folded on a chair. She glanced down and realized she was wearing a set of unfamiliar but comfortable pajamas. A wave of panic and confusion washed over her.

"Teka, paano ako napunta dito? Bakit... bakit iba 'yung suot ko?" she wondered aloud, trying to recall the hazy details.

The memories of the wine, the conversation, and her growing closeness with Blaire began to trickle back into her mind. She remembered Blaire helping her upstairs, but everything else was a blur.

Alice blinked, trying to gather her thoughts. "Um, okay naman po, I guess. Ano po bang nangyari kagabi? Hindi ko na po maalala after we had drinks."

Blaire stepped into the room, holding a tray with coffee, and some light breakfast. "Medyo napadami kasi 'yung inom mo eh kaya brought you up here to rest. I hope you don't mind, but I changed you into some pajamas. You were quite... insistent on being comfortable."

Alice blushed, feeling a mix of embarrassment and gratitude. "Thank you po, Ms. Blaire. I-I appreciate it."

Blaire set the tray down on the bedside table and sat on the edge of the bed. "No problem. I just wanted to make sure you were safe and comfortable."

Alice took a deep breath, trying to shake off the lingering fog in her mind. "Hindi po ba ako gumawa ng kahit anong nakakahiya?"

Blaire chuckled softly and taking a back when Alice pulled her onto bed. She bit her lower lip and shake her head. "No, nothing too embarrassing. We just talked, and you were very... complimentary."

Alice's cheeks turned a deeper shade of red. "Naku, a-ano po bang sinabi ko?"

Blaire gave her a reassuring smile. "Nothing bad, I promise. You were just very honest about your feelings."

Alice felt a mixture of relief and curiosity. "Honest about my feelings?"

Blaire nodded. "Oo, sinabi mo kung gaano mo ako hinahangaan at kung ano ang nararamdaman mo tungkol sa sitwasyon natin."

Alice’s heart skipped a beat. She couldn’t remember exactly what she said, but the thought of confessing her admiration so openly made her both nervous and excited. "Ah, ganun po ba..."
