Few hours agoAadhira's eyes blazed with a pure shade of anger as she drove the car through the roads of the city at an irresponsible speed. Her jaws were clenched tightly while her eyes held firmly her unshed tears. She gulped the lump in her throat with much difficulty before she would burst into a fit of tears.
Tujhe sunna h na Aadhira toh listen your Mamashri took care of you because you were my daughter.
She held the steering wheel with her left hand as her right hand shook vigorously as the words of her mother enunciated in her ears. She pressed the accelerator further as a sob left her mouth. The speed limit crossed the previous one as she kept her foot on the accelerator.
She drove rashly through the busy streets of the city, breaking every signal that came in her way. She had already lost the count of how many did she actually broke till now. How could her own mother be so heartless to say such a thing to her?- Her sobs increased as she slammed hard her shivering right hand on the steering wheel.
Agar tu meri beti nhi hoti toh shyd wo bhi tumhara khayal nhi rkhte.
She cried as she remembered everything that had happened just a few seconds ago. She wanted to kill everyone so badly. Why can't they love her when they can love her brothers? Why can't her parents keep her safe when they can do the same to her brothers?- Aadhira again increased the speed of her car, slamming her foot on the accelerator with force.
She felt every emotion at that moment, she was angry at herself for not killing Dev Singh Rathore, she was disappointed in herself for not fighting back to her mother when she falsely accused her mamashri trying to plant the seeds of suspicion in her mind.
From the agony of seperation from 8 years ago till the moments of truth she just had a few moments ago, all came crashing down her memory lane. It felt hard for her to drive as her mind choked on the various scenarios of the past where she had experienced only intense hate towards her so called family.
Her own mother had made her feel unloved and unwanted, just to satisfy her own EGO. Her own father had sent her away just because he wanted a piece of land to be under his name in his greed. Her own brothers never fought for her because they obviously silently complied to their parents demand. Who meant them much than their own sister. Aadhira scoffed menacingly at her own thoughts.
Though she knew her mamashri well yet she hated herself for believing her mother's words even for the mere second. Somewhere her mother's words felt true to Aadhira as her brain recalled them again and again. Replaying the fact that how unloved she was actually.
She was a crying mess and her tears told her unsaid pain, that the little Aadhira in her had held since years. Nothing hurted her more than her mother's accusation upon the person, who was a father figure to Aadhira, Her Dad.
Her cries were interrupted by the sudden ringing of her phone. Aadhira snapped her head towards her side to find the screen flashing 'Love' with a heart beside it. Her flow of thoughts stopped as she looked at it. She gulped down the lump forming in her throat as she looked at it.
Aadhira glanced at the name with her eyes heavy with tears. She wanted to pick up the call yet she couldn't. Her hand went towards the green button yet it stopped as she took a deep breath, as her finger swiped the red button.
"I am sorry Darsh" She muttered, focusing back on the road as she accelarated the speed of her car. Her mind fogged by the thoughts of the conversation of the morning. Her gaze was getting blurrier than before.
