The night [Name] left Egypt.
She took her dead son's corpse to give him a proper burial far from there. Somewhere where his damaged soul could rest away from the ENNEAD.
It is told that she had cursed the father of her child, Asenath so much that it felt like receiving the wrath of all gods combined. This is how she became what she is today, God of lies and whispers born from a curse she spelled with her own tongue.
"She is far from here now, leading her own army." The storyteller ended while gasps and reaction of awe echoed through the crowd.
Everyone except one masked figure.
The stranger had to bite her tongue hard to prevent the forced laugh from escaping her lips, in vain.
"Hey you !" A man called pointing her way. "What are you laughing at !? Have you not been taught to respect the gods ?"
Too occupied to laugh at the lies told from the worshipers of the god of whispers she failed to sense the mortal approaching her and forced her to step forward where she was more visible for everyone around to see.
Her mocking tongue ceased and she straightened her posture while raising both hands to the side.
"Explain yourself or be punished !" A man yelled from the crowd as everyone agreed through a chorus of screams.
They were persistent, so persistent that one of them had moved to force her hood down exposing her face the same moment she shrugged at her own upcoming words.
"My apologies, I'm an atheist." [Name] sarcastically excused while the story teller's expression turned livid when taking into her divine appearance.
And this ladies and gentlemen is how [Name] returned to her native lands.

A cold body was on the ground among many others as you proceed further through the entrance of the king of Egypt's temple.
"This is what gods are like after all, hmph. They act all high and mighty but...." he said, moving to stride through the many corpses. "They can't say a single word in my presence. They even ignore the deaths of all these innocent beings."
You approached, the sound of your footsteps echoing after his words as you stopped near another pile of bodies.
He hadn't paid any attention to you,Seth continued talking when standing back at his feet, sand moving to form a mask over his head.
"Gather the humans. I will hold a festival for all those poor mortals who have been abandoned from the Ennead again."
"How generous of you." You spoke with sarcasm when being aware of his true intentions when it came to mortals. You crossed your arms while walking to stop before him who suddenly ceased what he was doing.
"You're not invited." Seth pointed out, voice low trying to hide his startlement upon hearing not the voice of one of his servants but yours.
"I'm hurt." You said, setting a hand over your chest while he tightened his grip over the spear in his hand when turning to face you.
"[Name]." He suddenly said while looking at you, his head high and his glare sharp through his mask.
She had one wicked smile when staring at the god she was once close too, almost close enough to call friend. Who knows, they might as well have stayed in good terms if [Name] hadn't destroyed a part of Egypt for which he took blame for.
"Seth." She called out and he kissed his teeth in annoyance before forcing half a smile over his features.
"Not even a gift from your trip ?" He taunted and she faked regret.
"It's somewhere lost in the sand."
The war's god let out a short laugh before yet again letting his back face you when walking over to his throne where he sat with his cheek resting over his palm.
He snapped his fingers, and when he did a few women with weapons too heavy for their fragile figures appeared all standing before you.
You raised a brow his way, they all seemed so motivated to fight you, fight for their freedom in this case. Most were shaking while others were already proceeding your way.
"Entertain me." Seth said, an order. "It is the least you can do for coming in my temple uninvited."
"Mortals ?" You asked while raising a hand to touch one of the women's cheek, her frown only deepening at your gesture. "Women." You said when not seeing a single man among them.
She raised her spear at you, and before she could make anything of her actions you were already standing far from reach.
"Pfft." Seth waved off your way as you hummed to yourself. "Gods never play fair." He mocked.
"You are not making yourself an exception or are you ?" You asked while looking back at the mortals, this was nothing but fair.
"I am not a fool of a god." The war's god shifted to rest his elbow over his knee while his free hand raised an accusing finger your way. "I am the god."
