"Katsuki! Wake up! You're late!" I shouted from the steps, hearing him fall off the bed with a loud thud and a string of curses. I giggled, knowing he was struggling to get up.

I made sure his breakfast was ready so he could eat there and packed his lunch. "Katsuki! Where the hell are you?" I called again, but there was no response this time.

With a sigh, I jogged up the steps to our room. "Katsuki, you're late—" I stopped, seeing him on the floor, staring at a picture frame. "Katsuki..." I walked closer and saw it was a photo of our two kids as brand-new babies.

"They were so tiny..." he muttered, gently running his finger over the picture. His eyes were glazed with a mix of sorrow and longing.

"Oh, Katsu..." I sighed, sitting down beside him. The weight of our shared grief settled between us like an uninvited guest. "He was so tiny," he whispered, his voice breaking as he traced Naoko's face with his finger.

"Fuck... I wonder if he's even alive or just... living a terrible life."

"We would never know... Katsuki," I whispered, laying my head against his shoulder. The silence was heavy, filled with the questions we never had answers to.

"But all we can do is pray he's safe..."

"Yeah..." His voice was hollow, the hope in his words sounding more like a desperate wish.

Inferno's POV:

"Fuck!" I panted, catching my breath. I smirked and leaped up, swiftly kicking the hero's face and dodging their attacks. The adrenaline coursed through me, making me feel invincible.

"What the fuck!? Grab him!" I felt something wrap around my body, making me struggle. "I finally got you..." Eraser Head walked towards me, his expression one of grim determination.

I struggled, trying to escape, but his capture weapon held me tight. "Now..." He pulled my hood back, and his eyes widened in shock.

Using his moment of surprise, I kicked him under the chin and ran off, covering my face. I couldn't afford to be caught, not now, not ever.

Marinette's POV:

"Don't you give me up... please don't give up~" I sang softly while washing the dishes. The familiar melody brought a small smile to my face.

The doorbell rang, and I quickly dried my hands, hurrying to answer. "Papa! Hi!" I hugged my old man and pulled him inside, the warmth of his presence filling the room.

"How are you? It's been a while." I made him sit down while I prepared some coffee. The comforting smell of brewing coffee filled the air.

"Hey, Mare-Bear." He kissed my forehead and settled into the chair, smiling gratefully when I handed him the coffee.

"So, how's work going? Please tell me you're not going crazy." He chuckled, taking a sip.

"You know how I am." I laughed, happy to see my Papa again after so long.

"Anyway... what brought you here?" I asked, curious about his sudden visit.

"Can't I come to visit my daughter?" he teased.

"I-I um, no! Of course, you can—"

"Just kidding. But yeah... I need to tell you something. I was fighting a few villains in town a few hours ago. I... I finally caught this one villain that's usually protected by fucking Dabi. But I caught him and pulled his hood down and I saw his face... He... he had red eyes and dark midnight hair... he... he just looked like you and the brat. He... he looked like Akiko."
