little star in the sky,
shining oh so bright.
how i wish to be up there,
to live in the night.
little star in the sky,
why must you go away?
when the light prevails,
you always leave from where you lay.
little star in the sky,
one day you will die out.
but when that day once comes,
you wont be able to shout.
little star in the sky,
only existing for your light.
little star in the sky,
your true self comes out at night.
