"NO, DON'T KILL HIM."

Sadhika jolt up from her slumber and sit up on the bed her chest heaving up and down, wiping the sweat away from her forehead with her trembling hands she heaved a deep sigh.

She gulped down her saliva and picked up the glass of water from her bedside table and gulped it down in one go. Closing her eyes she started to take deep breaths.

"Calm down Sadhika, calm down."

She repeated this just like a mantra, a moment later her breathing becomes normal with her heartbeat. Opening her eyes slowly she again wiped away the sweat beads from her forehead.

"What was that? who was he?"

She muttered, she looked up after hearing the sound of someone's footfall and found her mother who just entered inside.

"Ohhh! You woke up that's good. Okay get up and get ready we have to go in a wedding of one of the relatives daughter."

Her mother said and was about to go but something caught her eyes , her daughter paled face she walk towards her , sitting on her bed she asked her daughter with a concerned filled voice while caressing her head.

"What happened Sadhika, why are you looking pale are you okay. Do I need to summoned the physician if you are not feeling well."

Hearing her mother words warmth spread within Sadhika's heart not wanting to concern her mother more she shake her head and said.

"Nothing Maa, it was just a bad dream that's why. But now I am fine."

She said to her mother to make her calm down.

"You go I will be there soon after getting dressed for the wedding."

"Okay go get ready, once we will be back from the wedding I will ward off the evil eye from you."

Hearing her mother's words a smile got plastered on her lips , shaking her head she looked at her mother holding her hands in her said.

"Don't worry Maa, you go get yourself ready I will be there soon."

Hearing this her mother walk off her chamber and then went to dressed up. Sadhika to got up from her bed and went towards the bathroom to take a bathe to freshen up herself.

She comes out getting dolled up her mother looked at her, she smiled looking at her daughter who is looking glamorous in blue lehanga and her winsome face was cherry on the top.

"Everyone is ready Maa?"

Sadhika asked her mother who nodded her head and said.

"Yes, you were the only one who was left. Now let's go."

Saying so all of them walk out of their house.

Sadhika and her family come to their relatives house and the owner welcomed them and then asked someone to guide them to the hall where everyone was present. The hall was divided into two parts one for male and for female.

So her father and brother went towards the male hall whereas Sadhika and her mother moved forwards to female hall.

"Sadhika you go to your cousin, she will be happy to meet you."

As soon as they entered inside and was greeted by the bride's mother, she asked Sadhika to go to her cousin's room. Nodding her head Sadhika walked towards the bride's room.

Entering inside the room Sadhika looked at her cousin sister who was already dressed up in the bridal lehenga.

"Didi."
