Sunday was...interesting, I guess. I don't know how to describe it. Sunday morning my dad brought me over to Allison's house. While my dad was talking to Uncle Chris about something, Allison grabbed my hand and rushed me upstairs to her room as fast as she could. I barely had enough time to say hello to Aunt Victoria. She had slammed her bedroom door shut and then turned to me expectantly.
"Are you going to talk or?" I said.
"You're the one who should be talking!" Allison replied. "You and Stiles kissed!"
"No, we didn't. We almost did."
"If Scott and I hadn't interrupted, you would've kissed! How did that happen? I knew you liked him! Are you two official now?"
"No, Allison!"
Why was Allison so excited? How is she the one excited while I'm the one scared out of my mind?
"Just tell me how you even ended up in that spot then," Allison said calmly, sitting down on her bed.
I sat next to her, and took a deep breath. I collected my thoughts and then explained what happened last night.
"After everyone rushed off of the bleachers, I fell and he caught me, and we were sitting together on the bleachers," I told her. "Your dad told us to find you and bring you home later, and we didn't know where you went so Stiles guessed you were with Scott. We didn't know Scott was in the locker room, though, and Stiles had to get his things."
"And?" she encouraged me to go on.
"And when we went in, we saw you and Scott kissing. Stiles grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the room to give you privacy. We ended up right outside the locker room and he was really close to me. We were talking about you and Scott, but then he just stopped and stared at me before leaning in, but before he could kiss me, you guys walked out."
"Damn it! I wish I didn't walk out now!"
"Thank God you did. Imagine how weird it would've been if we actually kissed."
"So what happened after I left you two in the car?"
"He drove me home. We decided on just forgetting about it happening."
"To just forget about it? You can't just ignore it."
I sighed. She said the exact same thing Stiles had said last night. I don't know what to do. I don't want to have that awkward talk with Stiles about it. Maybe it is best that we forget it. It won't mess up our friendship if we just don't talk about it.
"Bella, I know I teased you about it before, but I'm asking seriously now," Allison said. "Do you like Stiles?"
"No," I shook my head. "I don't."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure."
Honestly, I don't know what I feel towards Stiles. I've never really had a crush before, and all of this is so new for me.
"Do you think he likes? I mean he's the one that leaned in first," Allison added.
"No, he's still in love with Lydia," I replied.
Allison let out a deep breath and laid down. We sat there in silence for a couple of minutes. During those minutes of silence I listened in on what my father was talking to Chris about downstairs.
"Did you hear what happened last night?" I heard my dad ask.
"About Derek Hale? Yeah, I know," Chris replied. "Cops let him out."
Who the hell are they talking about? I thought.
"Bella, are you even listening?" Allison complained.
