Meeting Him Again
Pumasok na ako sa eskwelahan. Nasa pintuan ako ng classroom namin nang tumingin ako sa upuan ni Aiden. Napansin ko na wala si Aiden sa upuan niya. He maybe still recovering of what my sister did to him. I look at the direction where I usually seat, I saw Sandra staring back at me. Her eyes speak sadness and as if she want to talk to me.
I gaze at her coldly then I sit down beside Ken. Ngumiti ako ng pagkatamis sa kanya."Hi Ken."
"Ang ganda ata ng gising mo Elara, blooming na blooming ka." I slap his arm sofly.
"Sus at nambola ka pa. Pupunta ka ba sa cafe mamaya?" Tanong ko.
"Oo naman, you know what, they are all looking forward to meet you again." Napahinto ako sa sinabi niya. Kasama ba sa lahat si Felix?
Wait, bakit ko ba siya iniisip. Is it because I dream of him last night? Oo, napanaginipan ko siya. Is it because I got dazzle of his looks or probably I felt sympathy on what he had been through.
"Elara, back to earth Elara." Natauhan ako ng nag-snap si Ken sa harap ko.
"Hehehe, I'm sorry. Uhm, Ken.... may balita ba kayo kay Felix?" Hindi napigilang magtanong. He look at me curiously.
"Don't worry about him Elara. Huwag mong iblame ang sarili mo sa nangyari. It's better for him to know the truth early than later para makamove siya agad. Faye is a strong person, I know he can breakthrough." What he said is true and he knows his friends better than I do so I must trust him. "Oh anyway, do you know what is the difference between these? Hindi ko pa rin kasi naiintindihan."
Tumingin ako sa tinuro niya sa libro it is about archaea, bacterium and eukaryota.
"Oh that's easy, so..." I explained the difference between the three and what living things are under its kingdoms.
Hindi ako natapos magdiscuss dahil dumating na si ma'am. She discuss the next topic in biology.

It's lunch time, Ken and I are walking on the corridor, we planned to eat outside the school. We ride a taxi, atleast 10 minutes we arrive to a restaurant near the university where ate and kuya study.
"Ken hindi ka naman nagsabi na dito tayo kakain."
"Bakit? Hindi mo ba gusto rito?" He look at me sadly.
I shake my head harshly and said. "That's not what I meant. The truth is, I haven't been here before."
Ngumiti siya sa akin ng pagkalaki. "Well, I promise you na masarap rito at binabalik-balikan ng mga taong nakakain rito."
He guide me inside, we see it is crowded in here, wala akong nakitang bakanting upuan at mataas pa ang pila.
Nagdadalawang isip ako kung tutuloy ba kaming kakain rito o hahanap na lang kami ng ibang restaurant. "Uhm, Ken, sa iba na lang tayo kumain. Mukhang walang bakante." Bulong ko.
"I-I think so too. Hanap na lang tayo ng ibang pagkainan." Lalabas na sana kami nang may narinig akong tumawag sa akin.
"Elara!" Familliar ang boses nang tumatawag pero baka ibang Elara ang tinatawag nito. "Elara Seraphine!" Napatingin ako sa tumawag sa akin.
I see ate Tat in her white uniform waving at me.
"Sino yan Elara?" Bulong ni Ken.
"Ate ko. Lapitan natin." Naglakad kami papunta sa table niya.
Nakaupo sila sa isang mataas na hapag pero nakikita kong apat lang sila including ate Tat.
She hug me, when she let me go, she asked. "What are you doing here sissy?"
