Detective Sapp couldn't help but feel a chill run down his spine as he stepped onto the crime scene. It was a gruesome sight - the body of a woman, identified as Pamela Gay, the coroner of Pennsylvania, lay lifeless in the middle of the woods. The scent of pine trees and the musty smell of decay filled the air, making Terry's stomach turn. He could see the crime scene investigators still scouring the area, collecting evidence.

As he approached the body, Pam held out her hand to shake his. "Nice to meet you, Mrs. Gay," Terry said, giving her a firm handshake.

"Call me Pam, please," she replied, her voice rich and confident. Terry nodded in agreement, impressed by her strong demeanor.

"So, Pam, what have we found? Anything different from the original search?" Terry asked as they walked towards the crime scene.

"Walking with me," Pam said, motioning for Terry to follow her. "Something that blows my mind is that she was hit by a car at this location," she continued, pointing to the tire skid marks on the pavement. "But then she was beaten with a hammer and left in the woods a mile off the road. It just doesn't make sense."

Terry couldn't help but feel a sense of unease as he imagined the events that had taken place on Interstate 81. The motive behind the attack was still a mystery, and Terry's mind was racing with possible scenarios.

"So I take it this wasn't gang violence?" Terry asked, stooping down to get a closer look at the tire tracks.

"My suspicions tell me it's not," Pam replied, her voice serious. "And neither does the evidence we have gathered so far."

Terry stood up and took out his cellphone, snapping a picture of the tire tracks. "Do we have the make and model of the car?" he asked, his mind already working on a possible lead.

Pam shook her head. "Not yet. But I have a feeling we'll find out soon enough." Her voice was filled with determination, and Terry couldn't help but feel drawn to her. There was something about her - a strong and complex woman, dedicated to her job and determined to find justice for the victim.

As they continued to investigate the crime scene, Terry couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions - frustration, curiosity, and a strong desire to solve the case. He knew that with Pam by his side, they would do everything in their power to bring the perpetrator to justice.

Pam's confusion was palpable as she questioned Terry's certainty. "Based on what? What would give us that?" she asked, her brow furrowed in confusion. Terry pulled up a picture on his phone, showing it to her with a sense of conviction.

"It's a '98 Chevrolet Blazer," he stated confidently. Pam couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for his attention to detail and expertise in the matter. How could he be so sure?

"The width and tread pattern match those typically used on a '98 Chevy Blazer," he explained, placing his phone back in his pocket and walking past Pam towards the woods.

As they made their way deeper into the grove of trees, the atmosphere grew more tense. Pam couldn't shake the feeling of unease as they approached the spot where the body had been found. The CSI team was still buzzing around, collecting evidence.

Terry stooped down to examine the ground where the body had been discovered. Pam couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for his dedication to finding the truth.

"I found something!" a voice called out in the distance. Pam and Terry hurried towards the source, meeting up with Hank and the rest of the CSI team.

The man from the CSI team handed Terry a bag containing a bloody ball pin hammer. Pam's stomach churned as she realized that this could be the murder weapon.
