⚠️ TW! NEGATIVE BODY TALK AND LANGUAGE! ⚠️
CARLY POV:

It's the same thing every school day. I wake up already dreading the day, get ready and head to school. I'm not dreading school. Well I mean- yeah I am who likes school? But I'm dreading what happens while I'm there. I've tried to report it to teachers and headstaff but none of them seem to care. I just don't know what to do. Nobody will help. I feel alone.

I walk into school and immediately head to my locker. As I'm grabbing my books out I hear someone calling my name. At first I thought it was one of my best friends. But I remember her texting me saying she's sick. The person calls again. Then realization hits me. There is only one person with that voice. Emily.

If I were to reply. She'll embarrass me infront of the whole school. But if I don't I'll have to pray she leaves me alone. I settle for praying. I close my locker and start speedwalking to my first class. Not without hearing Emily constantly screaming my name.

"CARLY HOW DARE YOU IGNORE ME!" She screams

I just keep walking. I don't want to deal with her today.

"CARLY STOP IGNORING ME YOU FAT B!TCH!"

That makes time stop. My mind goes blank and my breath got stuck in my throat for a second. But I continue walking with tears pricking my eyes. Walking and thinking.

'Do people really think I'm fat?' 'I always thought I looked good?' 'Am I fat?' 'Surely not. Right?'

"Carly are you alright?" I hear someone ask.

Am I alright? I mean I know I'm not but I can't just tell someone that. I turn to see the questioner. Mrs. Jane, my English teacher.

"Yes, I'm alright! Why what's up?" Lie.

"Carly I can see the tears in your eyes... are you sure?"

"Ohhh don't worry my eyes are just watering. Seasonal allergies you know?" Second lie.

"Alright then... if you need anything at all, you know where to find me right?" You know the door is always open."

"I know! Thank you Mrs. Jane!" and with that, she walks off.

I can't believe it. I lied to a teacher and got away with it.  I'm going to be in serious trouble is anyone finds out. I actually can't belie-

*BRRRINGGGGG*

The bell! I'm going to be late if I don't go now.

I quickly walk in, take my seat and notice a note on my desk. That's weird? Nobody passes me notes.

I open it and am horrified of what I've read.
———————————
You've ignored the wrong girl and you know it's true.
I have a list of targets but the bullseye's on you.

You're weird and annoying, and I hope you see.
You'll never be as pretty and amazing as me.

(A/N I hope you're enjoying it so far!)
