I awoke in my room in Serenity house I quickly got dressed in my regular clothes i made my way towards the kitchen were Serenity was cooking breakfast
Alex: good morning Serenity
Serenity: good morning Alex breakfast is about done
Alex: anything I can help with
Serenity: you could make homemade orange juice
Alex: alright how do I do that
Serenity: peal and orange and press it against the juicer
Alex did as he was told and made the homemade orange juice and he poured him and Serenity a cup of orange juice
They took their seats and began eating breakfast After breakfast they did the dishes Serenity gave me a kind smile which I happily returned
Serenity: thanks for helping me out
Alex: no problem Serenity I'm going to explore the village
Serenity: be safe and be back before nightfall
Alex: alright see you again tonight
I made my way into the village I saw Eric patrolling the streets of the village I made my way towards the entrance of the plaza i saw Selene standing in the plaza chatting with a merchant who seemed very pissed off
Selene: Mason were still looking for a lord to replace our descesed lord but it takes time
Mason: well were going to need one soon or another village will take whatevers left of this village
Selene: I'll figure something out
Alex: I might be able to help the village
Mason: this is a private conversation boy
Selene: wait what are you getting at
Alex: i can be your lord until you find someone better for the job
Mason: you know that could work
Selene: are you sure about this Alex it's a lot of responsibility
Alex: I'm sure
Mason: then I guess we have a temporary lord for the time being
Selene: very well I'll see that the paperwork is done
We see a cloaked figure standing in the forest overlooking angel falls with a sinister smile on their face everything was going according to plan
