Beyonce Knowles

The rain was coming down hard, but there I was, just standing at my door, watching Onika getting soaked as she stared at me. I had ended things with her two months ago, but she couldn't seem to move on.

It was like she was stuck in this never-ending cycle of heartbreak, and I didn't know how to help her break free. The whole situation felt like a storm brewing inside me, and I knew I had to find a way to finally let her go.

"Onika..." I muttered, pinching the bridge of my nose in frustration.

"Beyonce, please take me back" she cried.

"You're going to get sick, Nicki. Go home," I urged, feeling a hint of concern for her standing out there in the dark and cold. I didn't want to leave her alone, but I couldn't risk waking our sleeping son with her banging on the door.

"I fucking hate you!" she yelled at me, coming close.

"Do not come any closer or I will call the police" I warned.

"So that's where we are now?" she sobbed, her voice breaking. "You'll call the cops on me and have me arrested?" The desperation in her tone tugged at my heart, but I knew I had to stand my ground for both her sake and our son's.

"Yes, I will if you step any closer, Nicki. I ended things with you two months ago, why can't you move on?" l

"Because I love you Beyonce"

"Nicki, you're too abusive and disrespectful. I can't keep putting up with that. I tried to tolerate it for the sake of our son, but I can't do it anymore," I told her firmly.

"Okay, bet," she replied.

Her mood shifting unpredictably. I watched in confusion as she walked to her car, opened the trunk, and retrieved a hammer. My heart raced as I realized what she was about to do. She headed towards my car, and dread filled every fiber of my being.

"You better not Nicki I swear"

"Do you really not want to take me back?" she asked, her voice filled with desperation.

Before I could process her words, she swung the hammer and smashed it into the driver's side window of my car. Shock and disbelief washed over me as I watched in horror at the destruction she had caused.

Panicked, I dashed into the house and grabbed my phone, dialing 911. This situation had escalated beyond belief, and I knew I had to get help. In the background, I could hear her screams and the shattering of glass as she continued to wreak havoc on my car. She had truly lost it this time, and I feared for what she might do next.

I got off the phone and heard my son call out for me, I didn't know whether to check on him first or see what other damage Nicki was doing.

"Mama," he cried out, his voice filled with fear and confusion. I hurried to his room and found him sitting up on his bed, tears streaming down his cheeks.

I knew he must have heard his mother's yelling, and the commotion she was causing could probably be heard throughout the neighborhood. The situation was spiraling out of control, and I needed to protect my son from the chaos unfolding outside.
