ADONIS: HUMAN CITY.
After just finishing a really long and exhausting photo shot. The numbers on my phone said that it was 7 pm.
I had nothing to do today and didn't feel like eating fast food at all. This stuff gave me nausea. So I decided to go to see Melody's grandma today.
Since her food really cured my soul. And maybe then I can try to get closer to Mila.
So I changed my clothes into something casual, like a yellow sweater and black pants.
And, of course, I wore a cap since my white strands made me stand out so much. And I didn't need that today at all.
I passed by a really fancy and beautiful store, so I decided to take a look at what it sells.
And it turned out to be something called cheesecake. It looked and smelled so freaking delicious. And had lots of colorful flavors.
I decided to get some on my way to Melody's house. And maybe I got it because I really wanted to taste it.
I didn't know what to choose, but the blueberry one was the most beautifully decorated from all.
It had like a glossy blue topping, some blueberries, and mint.
So I bought it. For some reason, I was super excited about this visit. Maybe it was just because it included food.
Or because when I am in their house, I don't feel as cold as I always do.

Arriving at their house, I took a deep breath and made sure there were no ice patterns on my skin.
Then climbed up the few stairs, the snow crunching softly under my brown shoes. I held the cheesecake bag in my left hand, then knocked softly on the small wooden door.
Only 20 seconds passed when the door creaked open, making a soft ray of warm light pass through the door.
I pushed some of the snowy powder that rested on the top of my black cap and adjusted with a confident smile.
It was the grandma who opened the door for me.
She was wearing a light blue apron that she always wears. And was actually wearing glasses that reflected the light from inside this time.
The minute her eyes met mine, her eyes literally lit up.
Surprisingly, she stepped forward and embraced my tall figure in her weak arms.
Caughting me off guard that my fingers almost slipped and dropped the bag in my hand. And her pull made me lean forward a bit, so I am at her eye level.
"Oh my! It's you, young man! I thought you'd be really busy to actually come." She uttered happily.
I was too shocked for a moment, but I did not really use to be this close to anyone. I cleared my throat and politely pulled away with a smile.
"Um, yeah, I actually had some free time today, and I really loved the food you made last time." I laughed nervously.
She placed a gentle hand on my back and pushed me inside. I bowed my head gratefully, then walked along with her.
My eyes wandered around the familiar place, though I only stayed here for two days, but I felt as if I was coming back to.... home.
The grandma pushed the little snow that was on my shoulder with the back of her hand and then cupped my cheek gently with a calm smile.
"Go sit over their dear, Mila is in the balcony if you wanna say hi. As for Mathew, he's in his room studying for a test, I'll call him later."
I had to blink a couple of times to adjust to this surprising kindness and welcoming tone. "O-oh okay. Actually I got you guys this, I think it would be very nice with some green tea." I said as I extended the bag towards her.
