So sorry if some lingo doesn't make since, I'm from Australia and we say some words differently than in America. Just think of "cookies" as "biscuits" and "biscuits" as "cookies."
7:00AM, Miyeon POV:
Chan and I arrived back to the house way later than expected, our usual drug store was closed so we had to drive all the way to Daejeon to get it. The medicine needs for our two are so intense it needs to be specially made.
As soon as we got home Chan went to take a nap but I need to make breakfast for everyone. I look around the fridge and I find fresh fruit, some coconut water, and sugar biscuits.
"This will have to do." I sigh before debating my options. After a few moments of pondering I decide to set out our various fruits, a pitcher of coconut water, and the sugar biscuits to act as a cookie.
I'm so smart. I smile softly before cleaning up the kitchen. I'm very tired and should probably rest after I wake everyone.

THIRD PERSON POV:
After each room has been gently woken up they are all eating breakfast except for Changbin and Minnie.
Miyeon walks over to the couch and shakes Chan awake. "What?" He groans, rolling over to face her.
"Can you go check if Changbin is in the room? I only knocked." Miyeon says softly so the others can't hear her.
Chan nods and groggily gets up. They walk to the separate rooms to check o their patients to find they are not there.
Chan and Miyeon both rush out and collide (yeah we crash~) "She isn't!-" "He isn't-"
"There!" x2
"Oh shit!" Chan curses, running his fingers through his hair. "We have a psychotic guy and a delusional girl!" Miyeon whisper yells.
"Put on your shoes we need to look around the property." Miyeon says to Chan before discreetly walking over to Jay.
"Jay... can you call 112?" (999 in the uk, 000 in Australia, and 911 in the US.)
"Yes, why?" Jay whispers back, trying not to draw attention. "Minnie and Changbin aren't in their rooms, Changbin is a threat." Miyeon whispers.
Jay nods before excusing himself from the table. Miyeon walks over to Soyeon who she tells the information to. Soyeon nods before pulling up the doctor gc and spreading the news there.
Now everyone is in a state of panic except for the patients. The doctors split into two groups, one to go looking, and the other to stay back.
Group one: Search Party

Once all the patients are split into specific rooms, but not singular to not draw suspicion.
Some are doing art, Some are reading, Some listening to music, and Some working out. Each room is locked with special ID cards only doctors have.
