After 7 grueling days of being in and out of solitary Soojin and Changbin are finally discharged. They have been put on new medication and they are free to go on with their normal lives.
Shuhua and Chan drive the long hours to pick up their patients.
The second they arrive Changbin and Soojin run to their respective doctors. Soojin jumps into Shuhua's arms while Changbin hugs Chan like his life depends on it.

The drive was filled with the twins talking about their experience and the doctors filling them in on what's been happening.

Changbin hugs the younger boy back, smiling as he does so. "I've missed you!" Sunoo smiles as he pulls back.
"I missed you too, I'm going to find Yuqi if that's okay." Changbin smiles before waving to Sunghoon.
He walks down the stairs twice until he's in the basement. He walks down the hall until he reaches Yuqi's room.
There is strange noises coming from inside, almost like muffled screaming and crying. He opens the door and walks in.
The second he scans the room he finds Yuqi in Soyeon's arms. Her arms are wrapped around Soyeon's neck and her legs are around her waist.
Her face is buried in Soyeon's neck as it seems shes holding back screams. She's biting and kissing Soyeon's neck so she can't be in distress.
Changbin watches as Soyeon's arm speeds up its movements, which makes Yuqi grip her shoulders tighter.
Changbin wonders what the hell is going on. Yuqi opens her mouth, "Soyeon I'm close!" She whisper yells, Soyeon lays her down on to the bed before putting her face in between Yuqi's legs.
That's when it hits Changbin, Soyeon isn't hurting Yuqi... She's actually doing the opposite.
He watches as Yuqi arches her back and grips the sheets. Her breathing becomes heavy as she muffles another cry by biting her lips.
Soyeon pulls away before pulling up Yuqi's skirt. She gives her girlfriend a kiss before saying, "You did so good baby." Soyeon gives her another kiss.
Yuqi opens her eyes and immediately makes eye contact with Changbin. She screams and covers her face from embarrassment.
"I'm gonna go... nice to see you." Changbin says before slowly backing out.
