Per America's insistence, Wong gave back Pepper's memories of Daniel, the joy she felt when she felt him kick in her womb all those years ago, the pain of losing him, the hope she experienced when she found out, the frightening realization when she learned who he was or are, and the pride she had when she had. All those memories rushed back, and she couldn't help but well up in tears. Her son, her baby, how could she have forgotten him?

Pepper sobbed for hours; the guilt was too much for her to bear. She had to find him, had to tell him the truth. She collected herself and walked out of the Sanctum Sanctorum.

"Mrs. Potts?" America ran up to her.

"Look, I'm really sorry for hitting you," Pepper snapped, "but I need to look for my son." As she walked off, Pepper realized how hurtful those words were to a young girl, she walked back to her, "I'm sorry for—I'm just really stressed, but that isn't an excuse for hitting you. I also wanna, thanked you for advocating for me to get my memories."

America saw the sincerity in the older woman's eyes. The same sincerity she saw in both her mothers' eyes when they tell her they loved her. America decides, "We could help each other, Mrs. Potts, I'll help you find your son, in turn, he could help me figure out which dimension my parents are."

Pepper was shocked by the girl's bright demeanor, "Call me Pepper."

"America." The girl introduced herself.

"We need to make some stops." Pepper smiled.
